Les chambres sont grandes et la literie confortable . C’est très calme et ça fait du bien après les bruits de la ville . À l’accueil , on ne nous dit pas grand choses . Nous ne savions pas si nous pouvions disposer de la piscine à n’importe quelle heure et des autres installations. La propreté laisse à désirer dans la salle de bain . Établissement très éloigné de la ville mais nous avions un chauffeur donc pas de problème pour nous .

Great Hotel - Very bad rooms
The property layout is amazing and the build is fantastic. However the rooms are kept very badly and shabbily. No exhaust in bathrooms. Dull old bad taps. No proper hot water and the paint on room walls full of mould and loose plaster. The location is amazing but roo s killed the fun

It was a really liked the hotel, it’s very nice for Indian and American standards. Rooms are big and have everything you need. All employees are very helpful, the restaurants very nice too, my only complain would be that I hope meal portions were bigger for the price charged. If you have a car I would really recommend this hotel because you are 20 mins drive from city center on the highway with nothing to do around

We paid a 5 star price for a substandard hotel and service. There was no mention on the website that they did not have a bar license.

Stayed for a night twice and loved the ambience of the hotel and the location that it is on the main highway. Gives a very "haveli" type feeling when you enter, however the rooms are very modern. The staff, especially the gentleman at the reception (sorry to have forgotten the name) and Ghuman Singh (Restaurant Manager) were excellent and super friendly. The hotel hasn't had a lot of occupancy due to Covid and maybe there were some initial hiccups e.g. TV not working, flies in the room, but these were promptly fixed as soon as the staff was notified. The swimming pool also isn't being used and could see a layer of dust in the water. Overall, highly recommended for the stay. There is a huge temple 500 yards away which is also worth visiting for those interested.

Difficile dans un pays chaud et humide d'entretenir un hôtel! Celui ci n'est pas du tout à la hauteur du tarif qu'il demande. Nous sommes très déçu. Tapis de sol en bout de lit dégoûtant. Rideau de douche jaune. Lit d appoint totalement rouillé. Les plats du buffet dont desservi. Bikaner ne vaut pas un détour. Ne pas manquer ranapkur et Jodhpur.

Discreto hotel frequentato molto da Indiani ma anche da Europei. Confortevole e con discreto ristorante. Il personale si sforza di aiutare gli ospiti il più possibile. This hotel is simply beautiful - nicely combination of traditional and modern. The room is very comfortable; bed quality is amazing and shower pressure as well. Breakfast was good but not amazing.

Mangement which cares about guuest' sattisfaction
The whole hotel was booked for a wedding ceremony and we were the only guests there, probably since we booked months in advance. We appreciate the fact that the hotel management did not try to cancel our booking and they did their best that we'll feel comfortable. This included opening the restaurant especially for us (the only standard guests) for dinner and breakfast. The rooms are modern and comfortable.WFI connection was good.

The hotel is clean, service is excellent, the rooms are fantastic, Wi-Fi works excellent. the only con is the location, which is gar from anywhere. eveytime we wanted to go put we had to call a taxy from the city (500 rupees).

Nice Hotel just outside the main town
I got great reception, room upgrade, almost a butler like service and they spoilt me and even packed a great dinner for my onward train journey.

Front desk staff were very courteous in the morning, however the staff at the front desk of 9th June in the night was quite rude and unfriendly. The In Room dining could improve a lot and when requested for Demarara Sugar, the response was we don't have it here so cannot get it. Not even a word stating, will check to see the availability. When informed about the same to the front desk atleast they came back to me stating demarara sugar is not available in Bikaner. Also the kitchen staff of a 4 star hotel, not knowing the difference between instant coffee and filter coffee... Gosh!!!!! I just can't imagine.

Great Hotel at Bikaner
Friendly Staff, beautiful decorated rooms, excellent gym and pool. But what we enjoyed the most was the restaurant and its Indian food, which was one of the best ones I tried during my 15 days trip in Rajasthan.

Good property to stay
We wanted a calm but comfortable stay and Vesta was all we could ask for.. Service was good and rooms were clean. Enjoyed the evening pool and had a pleasant stay. Only drawback was limited food options.. wish to see more options on menu next time.. November-Feb is when the hotel is jam packed with foreigners otherwise its you and couple of more families.. perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
