It was an average experience overall. Overpriced for what it was. The only complimentary item is a bottle of water. Everything else expect to be fleeced. Enjoy.

There was blood on my mattress and the GM didn't seem to worry about it at all! The staff gave me wrong information about the events in the city. We were left on street in lake como with road closures and no way for getting back to the hotel. Have never seen anything like this before.

If visiting Lake Como this location is just a short drive from the larger city and so much more beautiful and peaceful. A luxurious hotel with a fantastic restaurant.

Loved this hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Our room was large with great facilities and the most comfortable bed. We didn't do breakfast or eat here so can't comment on this.

Excellent séjour dans une région magnifique. Seul point noir du séjour une literie très médiocre ! Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles surtout avec des lits jumeaux coller où vous vous retrouvez dans un trou.

Very good value for money
A very nice place, and unfortunately we noticed some negative reviews on the state of this old hotel, but it doesn’t affect the quality of the stay. Italy is old and perhaps not for everyone. Staff is kind and service very good. The spa and swimming pool are great bonuses. The location of the hotel by the lake shore is second to none. This is really good value for money. Adding to that the restaurant and bar are terrific.

You sat was amazing! He tended to me very nicely! Place was amazing. Front desk was perfect! They helped me with my birthday needs! I will definitely be coming back! Best vacation ever!! Breakfast was super!!

Old outdated hotel
Very old hotel, the rooms are outdated and not comfy. Its not directly on the lake and the area is not recommended

This property was perfect to experience Lake Como. Quiet, safe, and amazing view with a pool and lake access. Super easy to obtain a boat tour of the lake that you can customize. Parking was available and easy. Streets were narrow getting there as it is everywhere around the lake so be prepared. Highly recommend!

It’s a hotel that has a lot to improve. Very noisy, staff not always kind, we have to pay for example to use the indoor swimming pool which is something that I never seen before. Nothing on the area as well.

Wonderful stay! I was a little worried by the reviews, but it was an amazing stay. The staff was supper attentive and very warm. There's a Ferry station right next to the hotel that can take you to anywhere on the lake so its very easy and fun to get around with/without a car. I would absolutely come back and will recommend it to everyone. I think the negative reviews are mainly from Americans who have trouble embracing European customs (and I say that as an American). Thank you so much!!

For the cost per night the property is dated and the staff is not friendly. Also, this is our 2nd time at the property (which see mentioned during checkin) and it was the fourth time for the couple we were traveling with. There was no acknowledgment or recognition by the staff as return guests. Also, there was a dead rat decomposing on the walkway. Staff were informed and after 3 days the rat was still on the walkway! Neither of the couples will be returning to this property.

For 3 days there was a dead rat on the path to the street, we reported to front desk nothing was done. Advised that we were celebrating 2 special occasions and it was our 4th stay yet no acknowledgement was made, no card / no complimentary drink. Items in room inconsistent, no robes in our room, toiletry items not re-stocked.

This property is in an awesome location on lake Como, and the views from the pool and the out door restaurants are breath taking especially at night. You can also have a private boat pick you up from the pool side to go up and down lake come. Very nice hotel would definitely revisit!

Zimmer veraltet und entsprechen nicht dem Preisleistungsverhältnis in der Hochsaison. Klimaanlage schlecht zu regeln. Frühstück ausreichend und in einem wunderschönen Garten. Pool-Anlage direkt am See und sehr entspannend. Leider ist der Zugang zum Baden im See schwierig und nicht für jeden gerignet. Parkplatz mit 24€ am Tag eher teuer.

Our room (203) and the hotel in general in dire need of refurbishment. Shower in bath combination is dangerous and leaks all over the bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable. Food is below average with pool food mostly terrible. Location is beyond spectacular but very overpriced for the condition of the property.

Amazing breakfast with serving coffee. Hotel room with nice view. Partial view to lake. Outside around entrance to hotel was at night little bit noisy. Hotel rooms needed small repairs. Comfortable huge bed. Strange shower in bathtub.

Run down rooms and hotel
Terrible for the price. The owners of this hotel should be happy and praise their manager Umberto. Had it not been for his hospitality and managerial skills we would’ve let. We were paying Ritz Carlton price while being accommodated in days in hotel. This hotel needs MAJOR remodeling and upgrading. Hair dryers are still push button, TVs are 2x2 size, and bathrooms are stuck in the 1980s. Umberto was INCREDIBLE, but the room and common areas were terrible. If you are going to charge Ritz Carlton prices then you need to deliver superb standards. It’s not fair that people are traveling so far, paying extremely high prices, and then getting there and having no option but to stay in these rooms.
