Concerning the refund issue, it seemed that you were actively seeking a refund from the outset and later threatened the front desk, stating that if you didn’t receive a refund, you would leave a highly negative review. Our establishment and Expedia uphold strong values and provide refunds when valid reasons are identified, and that was not the case in this situation.It’s also important to note that you booked a standard room, and we offered a complimentary upgrade to a superior room.We encourage potential guests to consider all reviews and evaluate the overall experience.
