Hi,Thank you for taking the time to write this feedback.I understand the frustration and again apologies for the difficulties at the check out. It is the first time that we experience such an issue with the payment system and it has been very complicated to handle but please understand that if you make a reservation at a hotel, it is normal that you have to pay for it. It would have been much faster if you recognised from the beginning that nothing was paid, as per your bank account. We never experienced such a difficulty at a check out with a client and I think that our usual comments can testify on that. Before that you seemed to be happy about your stay, and I think it is not very honest giving such a bad review just because you have to pay for the bill. It seems just normal to pay for a service.Sorry again for the outcome but I regret your feedback.

Hi Ghazanfat,To begin with, I personally highly value courage among people, I here regret that you didn't have it to actually tell us about it when we asked you many times if things are going alright during your stay. Writing afterwards is indeed easy but should you have told us before about it, maybe the problem could have been fixed ?Secondly, when you arrived, you told me yourself that you don't want to use your truck during your stay and that if you leave it there it's totally fine for you. You even told me that you would leave us a nice tip in the end because I personally moved my car to leave you my spot. Why saying that ? Thirdly, should you have parked anywhere else, it would have cost you much more, so please understand that taking a parking space is open for payment, it seems to be common sense to me. Also any other client who travel with such a big truck always call us upfront to reserve a parking space and make sure it actually fits in the parking. Furthermore, I've had many complains about your neighbors regarding the noise you have been making during your stay, yet I took it on me to not say anything to avoid any stress for you and your family. Lastly.. You seemed to be a pleasant guest and before you hit the road with your family I told you goodbye offering you and your family some french pastries as a kind gesture.What a disappointment to discover the outcome...My rate on you could have been 4 but you just made it 1/5.

Hi,Thank you for your comment. I must say that I am quite surprise to read this, knowing that you didn't actually stay with us. If you wish to reserve a room with air conditioning, make sure the hotel actually provides this kind of service. We never said that it is our case, yet, we are now suffering from your mistake with this bad review that we don't deserve. Thank you very much.

Bonjour,Merci pour votre commentaire.N'hésitez pas à préciser votre besoin d'une chambre au calme une prochaine fois ! L'inconvenient des vielles bâtisses pleines de charme est souvent l'isolation. Nous travaillons dessus mais effectivement, si vous avez particulièrement besoin de calme, une chambre à coté de la réception n'était pas la meilleure option.Au plaisir de vous accueillir néanmoins une prochaine fois.Belle journée,Alexandre
