Dear Traveler, I deeply regret to hear that your experience at our resort leaves no good memory to cherish. Our resort facilities access indeed require stairs and lots of walking, however we will try to accommodate each and every guest to make their stay enjoyable. In your case, I am sorry that we could not provide you the best solution to your situation, although I believe our staff did their best by providing 24-hour buggy service to take guests from one point to another, also to allocate the most convenient accommodation to meet your needs. Thank you for your feedback on the food, we will review again the quality of our foods and ensure that it will be improved. Our resort is located amidst the Sayan valley with all of its nature beauty which we will always preserve. With that being said, we could not prevent insects and reptiles to live harmoniously around the resort. As for the weather, being elevated from sea level, we do not normally experience humidity, sorry you were not comfortable. Despite offering you the opportunity to file an official police report, which you declined, we conducted a thorough investigation into your claim of personal item loss and found no substantiated evidence of theft.Our employees have been an integral part of our team for several years, and I have complete trust and confidence in their professionalism and integrity. It is highly unlikely for our staff, who rely on the well-being of our guests for their livelihood, to engage in such behaviour. Whilst I understand that you are missing some of your belongings, I can assure you that the team at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan is not responsible for this.I appreciate the additional feedback you have provided, as we are always committed to improving our services.
