편하게 묵다 갑니다
마테호른 뷰가 보여서 너무 만족스러였어요! 리모델링했는지 화장실도 깔끔했어요. 제가 갔던곳들중 욕실은 가장 컸네요! 조식도 저는 이정도면 정말 훌륭했어요!

깔끔하고 편안했다
역에서 3분정도 직진만 하면 메인스트릿에 있어요 여행 중간중간 쉬어갈수도 있어서 좋았고 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다 조식은 종류가 다양하진 않지만 깔끔하고 한끼 식사로 충분했고 짐맡기는거며 뭐며 다 좋았어요 제가 묵었던 방에서는 마테호른은 보이지 않았지만 뷰포인트인 교회가 가깝습니다 체크아웃도 12시라 넉넉했고 짐도 맡겨놓고 다녔습니다 재방문할 의사가 있습니다

The top of hotel room that was upgraded for free was the best in trip. We can see the mattehorn from balcony of the room. Bathroom was bery clean. Only breakfast was not too good

위치나 교통은 좋으나 방이 좁고 냉장고와 무선주전자가 없어 불편했습니다.. 하지만 워낙 위치가 좋아 잠시 나갔다가 들어와서 쉴수 있어서 좋았고 아침조식도 맛있었습니다!

정말 편안한 숙박!!
위치도 좋았구요. (어차피 체르마트는 작아서 왠만한 기차역 근처는 가까워요!!) 호텔도 너무 안락하고, 샤워시설도 잘 되어있구요, 특히 조식이 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 조식도 너무 맛있게 먹었습니다. 다음에도 꼭 여기서 머물고 싶네요~ 어머니도 여기 숙소가 제일 좋았다고 하시네요!! 3성급 숙소치고 정말 좋아요~! 엘리베이터도 있습니다!

The room was very hot and we were across the street from a noisy bar so could not leave the main window (door) open. There are 4 stairs that make it difficult to haul up luggage and is not handicapped accessible. The breakfast attendant was more interested in her phone than clearing dirty plates from small table. Breakfast was excellent but coffee was lukewarm.

Value for money hotel for short stay in Zermatt. The toilet looks newly renovated and was excellent, but the bed was too soft and pillows too flat. Free breakfast was a plus. Overall good.

Location was excellent and close to the Zermatt train station and some ski lifts (Gornegratt and Sunegga). Getting to other conveniences such as restaurants, cafes, ski rentals etc was easy. Our room was small but adequate; they could improve on the bedding especially the mattress which was lumpy - so back support was poor. The bathroom was very narrow and could be tricky for individuals who are not so ambulant. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast offerings were uninspiring - especially when you stay 7 nights.

The property was very clean and it was comfortable. The location was excellent with five minutes walk to the train station and Gorgengrat Lift as well as center of Zermatt with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Spacious room in good location
The location of this hotel is excellent, with lots of restaurants and bars on your door step. The bed was comfortable. The staff were polite and kind. Breakfast was disappointing. The room was large with plenty of space although it looked a little tired.

The room was extremely clean with a huge bathroom and nice balcony. The hotel is conveniently located along the main shopping street which is just a 4 min walk from the Zermatt HB. Appreciate the complimentary hot tea and water available all the time beside the reception!

The room and bathroom was very large compared to most boutique hotels in Europe.lots of room for luggage and bathroom toiletries. Beautiful view from window of Matterhorn mountain. Two dislikes, the comforter was very stained and dirty underneath the duvet, which was obvious because it didn't close well. The only other negative was the simple, no protein breakfast, just bread and simple spreads. Espresso machine in room was nice surprise.

Pre-white Christmas stay
Victor at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Room was very spacious. Loved the balcony, except the guests of the other room would walk on our balcony too. So, we had to close the curtains. Fortunately, I think they left already on our second day. Otherwise, very wonderful stay in Zermatt. The hotel is in the middle of old town, walking distance to and from the train station and Gornergrat station and to the Catholic church towards the other direction.

Love the hotel and the staff. The Hotel is only about 4 mins away from the train station and the location it’s just perfect. Rooms are spacious and impecable. Regarding the service, I have to mention Pedro has gone above and beyond. We’re very thankful Pedro advised us to take the cable car tour; without doubts, it was the best decision ever. Now, the breakfast was amazing and delicious. Overall the hotel is without doubt a five stars.

I really like the hotel and how convenient is it. Also, I booked the room with the balcony view and requested to have the Matterhorn view. The view was spectacular! The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very modern as well. Enjoyed the free breakfast. Definitely would come back to visit here!

We had a lovely room here. It is in the heart of town so everything is walkable and close. The breakfast buffet that is included in the price is very good.

Excellent location! Right in the heart of town with plenty of dining and shopping options. Very close to the grocery store and the train station. Room was clean, bedding comfortable, and shower was very nice. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in and seemed to know multiple languages. The breakfast was excellent and had a good variety of foods (not a traditional American style). They brought us fresh coffee to the table and steamed milk. Highly recommend this hotel!
