Best shows ever!
Shows are amazing. Every evening they have entertainment , kids are amazed they want come back again. Buffet is small, not too much choice for an adults but for children is perfect, staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Not what it says on the tin
Firstly i had requsted a low down apartment due to my wifes ill health i was given top floor and the last apartment in the building, you have to walk two lenghts of the appartment blocks for nearest lift or continually walk up four flights of stairs the appartment was run down and no doors on the bedroom wardrobes, the cleaners ( if your lucky to see one ) 9 days i was here and saw the cleaner twice and had the towels changed 3 times, the appartment wasnt cleaned the whole time we were there i actually had to borrow next doors brush set to clean the apartment, food i dont know if im just being fussy but i usually eat it hot , unless your there bang on start of meals your food will be cold and not very good choices, breakfast same everyday as is lunch, then you have the staff and entertaintment i found all the staff great to get on with apart from the bar manager he is in the wrong job he is just plain nasty to adults and kids This was the first time me and my wife had gone all inclusive and i was hugely disappointed we had done this to suprise my grandkids as they were there at the same time and it soured our trip, definitely wont return here

Nice hotel, staff were brilliant. Easy walk to the beach. Complete pain in the backside that the pool is only open 10-6 but closes for large spells of the day for the pirates to do their show. I know it's for entertainment but it's a nuicence when you are just trying to chill out and have a swim with your family

Final visit to Pirates Village - Wont ever go back
2nd visit here (last one in 2018) and hotel has gone downhill. Food-Mediocore and incredibly repetitive.. Artificial non-fresh juices, 1 option for yogurts every day "bannana" flavour. The chef on the eggs /grill area had the most hostile miserable face Ive ever seen. This is a kids/family hotel, but is unwelcoming. Management clearly non esistent, especially re housekeeping and the food/bar areas. We went all inclusive but I had to (self service) request cups at least 10 times during my stay as they had run out and nonody replenishing them. They were taken directly from the dishwasher so were warm to touch. Who puts a cold drink into a warm cup?? The slushy and soft drinks machines constantly covered in wasps so impossible for kids to use. There were daily fights for sunbeds/parasols. Theres maybe 15 parasols for the entire complex. Broken and chipped tiles in the kids pools so my children had cuts on 3 occasions. Our towels were only changed on request and our room only serviced once on day 4 of a 7 night stay. Unless you have very very low expectasions for your holiday, avoid this hotel at all costs. Management seemingly oblivious to the dreadful standards. If you check out at noon and need to stay in hotel until later in the day or afternoon, be aware that the water in the 'courtesy' shower is freezing cold. i.e take your shower in your room before you go. I told the receptionist and she just shrugged her shoulders and said thats the only shower they have post checkout.

Having stayed here about 15years prior I can say I still enjoyed my stay as much as the first. My only issue was the age of the kitchenette and it’s equipment. Whilst the room has had a makeover, the fridge, hob and cupboards had all seen better days! If you couldn’t find a subbed in the afternoon, asked a lifeguard and they soon found us a couple. Elvira, one of the reception staff is one of the loveliest ladies and she has a heart of gold. Her and my 4yr old daughter had the great friendship and she made our stay much more pleasant.

Les animations pour les enfants sont géniales! La nourriture, il y a le choix! Toujours pizza pâtes riz, toujours du poisson et de la viande et chaque jour un plat ou 2 différents proposé! Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyée tous les jours, ou alors vite fait. Les chambres mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement, frigo rouillé taches sur les murs

Shoutout to all the pirates dedicated to entertain the quests (children and adults). Also EVERYONE from the staff were really helpful, polite and positive people. I truly have nothing bad to say from this place. I Highly recommend this hotel to all families!

Kinderpool sieht super aus, war aber eiskalt. Zimmer sind grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, jedoch sehr abgewohnt und leider hat der Gast vor uns im Zimmer geraucht und zwar nicht nur mal eine Zigarette. Die beiden Räume waren komplett vernebelt. Wir konnten leider erst am zweiten Tag in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Gesamteindruck: außen hui - innen pfui. Schade.

Just got back from an amazing half term break. Fantastic, pirate themed hotel. We stayed all-inclusive and the food was excellent -lots of choice and really good quality. The staff really make the hotel particularly the entertainment team. Daily shows which thoroughly entertained us and our children. Would love to return.

Lo mejor el equipo de animación. Alex y Lucas hacen que la estancia sea súper divertida para los niños. La decoración del hotel y las habitaciones es muy bonita. La comida normal para un hotel de 3 estrellas. La ubicación buena, hay una playa grande, una cala pequeña cerca y una zona con tiendas y restaurantes al lado. Lo peor la limpieza de las habitaciones, en cuatro días no limpiaron la habitación, se limitaban a hacer la cama del dormitorio y ya está. Pero en general, la experiencia muy buena, mis hijos se han quedado con ganas de volver

We had one of the worst rooms, couldn’t see the stage from our room and we booked months in advance. The pools aren’t heated so swimming was minimal. Nothing to really do within walking distance of the hotel. Food was edible that’s about it.

Kids will love it
Good little stay to start our holiday. Staff very friendly, really geared up to make the kids stay as enjoyable as possible. Most of hotel was dressed up for Halloween and looked really good, little bits like turning the water red. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a break for their kids, not sure if I could handle a week there tho but that’s just me!! One last tip the pastry shop just up from the hotel was amazing!!

Reinholdet og maten var dårlig. Veldig glad for at vi ikkje valgte all inklusive! Vart litt skjedelig for barna då alt gikk på engelsk.

Muy buen hotel para ir con niños, aunque toda la animación es en inglés ya que la mayoría de los clientes son extranjeros. Todas las habitaciones son tipo apartamento con vistas a la piscina. Están reformadas y las camas son muy cómodas. Buena ubicación en Calvià.

Le Paradis des Pirates
Spectacles incroyables le soir et le dimanche après-midi : on peut dire que Charlotte la piratesse a fait de l’effet à mes enfants (3 et 5 ans). Les piscines sont parfaites pour cet âge. Il y a beaucoup, beaucoup d’enfants, qui s’eclatent ! Le buffet tient la route pour ce type d’endroit, grâce aux fruits frais. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables, la plage y était aussi pour quelque chose.

Perfect hotel for families!
The hotel is fantastic for families with small children. Rooms are clean and modern, good sized and comfy beds. It is about a 10 minute walk from the main run of shops/bars/restaurants and about 10 minutes to the beach.

Themahotel, eenvoudige kamers, goed bed.
Een week verbleven in dit themahotel...... het thema is vooral te zien aan de voorgevel, bij de receptie en zwembad. De kamers zijn eenvoudig, jet bed is prima. De badkamer en keuken zijn niet geweldig, zeer eenvoudig en verouderd. Het is altijd druk rond het zwembad, gelukkig is het strand op loopafstand. Wij hadden geen all-inclusive, en zijn goede restaurants in de buurt ! Conclusie, leuk hotel, weinig luxe.

kids club & staff, entertainment/shows, swimming pools/slides, location all excellent but reception staff are rude with no customer service skills, they are not friendly, accommodating or helpful & very miserable! hotel very noisy & rowdy, dont go there if you want peace & quiet & want to relax but good for young kids! my 5 yr old loved the kids clubs & shows & my 10 yr old loved the swimming pools & slides & they both made lots of friends! location excellent & close to everything, big cheap supermarket close by with a rotisserie/deli with lovely roast chicken, paella etc. apartments dont have enough kitchen equipment/utensils for cooking your own food & you have to ask reception for extra items eg pans which take ages to come! apartments are small as well! dont go there if you want a ground floor apartment & you havent booked with jet2 holidays as they have been allocated all the ground floor apartments!

Pirates Village er et veldig gjennomført hotell hvor alt er tilrettelagt for barna (det er til og med barnetoaletter i fellesområdene). Servicen er svært god, og vi fikk alltid hjelp når vi ba om det. Bassengområdet er supert og akkurat som det ser ut på bildene, aktivitetstilbudet er godt (uten at det blir masete) selv om det naturlig nok er vanskelig for barn som ikke snakker engelsk å få fullt utbytte av det. Leilighetene er passelig store, og standarden er god. Det er underholdning/show hver kveld fra ca kl 20 som lager en del lyd, men våre barn sov greit gjennom det.

Poolerna är lite för kalla för vuxna.
Perfekt ställe för barnfamiljer. Enkelt, mat, glass,dricka finns tillgängligt hela tiden. Bra aktiviteter för barn, med roliga pooler, mini disco o piratshower. Det ända är att poolerna är för kalla för vuxna. Det var väldigt få som badade. Barnen brydde sig inte, men för kallt för vuxna.

Mi hija no quería salir del hotel y nosotros muy tranquilos y cómodos mientras la niña se lo pasaba en grande! La comida correcta, la bebida del todo incluido pésima. Los monitores geniales y la atención del personal del hotel muy bien.

Amazing hotel for kids
Brilliant hotel, very polite staff, kids club was amazing, child loved the holiday and never really felt the need to leave it as there was always something on for the kids, great choice of food and reasonably priced for those not all inclusive

Ideal para niños, muy cerca de la playa.
El "todo incluido" muy pobre, orientado mas al cliente extranjero. Las piscinas y la animación infantil son de 10. Buenas instalaciones y buenos servicios en general. Muy recomendable.
