As stated in all our brochures, Check In to enjoy the facilities and various services takes place from 3:00 p.m., and we have a key delivery period until 5:00 p.m. This is due to the fact that departing passengers return their rooms at 1:00 pm, and later the housekeeper department performs the respective cleaning, prepares and verifies them in order to assign them again.
