건물이 새로 지어서 그런지 깨끗하고 침대도 너무 좋아요 아쉬운 점은 아침식사가 별로고, 단체 숙박객이 많아 정신이 없더군요. 주변도 별로 둘러볼만한게 없어요.

훌륭한 서비스와 좋은 객실
저희는 관광목적이었는데 공항에서 늦게 도착해서 공항 인근호텔로 이 호텔을 선택하게 되었어요. 공항에서 호텔까지 셔틀이 있는데 저희가 너무 늦게 도착해 셔틀이 운행하지 않아서 택시를 탔구요, 주변에 메트로나 트램 정거장이 가깝지 않아서 그런건 불편했어요. 하지만 객실은 정말 너무 좋았어요. 넓고 무엇보다 침대가 아주 편안했구요, 제가 외국 음식이 입에 잘 맞지 않아서 그렇지만, 조식도 종류가 굉장히 많이 나와요. 공항뿐 아니라 탁심이나 쇼핑몰에 연결시켜주는 셔틀도 운행이 되네요.

The hotel was not only very pretty and organized and clean, but the staff was very polite. The cleaning lady was very orderly and did do a thorough job! Her babe was Emriyah. Great I will definitely visit Turkey and plan my stay at Retaj Royale Hotel. Thank you!

The property is not maintained well at all. When I entered rooms toilet was very unclean. Area around is not so nice either.

Malgré le fait que l’hotel est coté 5 etoiles, il merite maximum 2. L’aspirateur n’était pas passé, la toilette puait, l’eau était brune. Par contre l’employé qui nous aidé à l’entrée et à la sortie meritait un 5 etoiles. Merci beaucoup Emre pour ton aide.

Beau locaux mais personnel inadapté à un 5 étoiles
Très beaux locaux, fonctionnels et chambre agréable. Piscine au top, service de massage et salle de sport au top. Personnel qui ne prend pas en compte les demandes des clients, attente très longue a la réception (occupés à regarder leur téléphone ..) pour ma part je suis rentré un soir a 20h ma chambre n’était pas nettoyé j’ai donc demandé à la réception des draps propres au moins, ils m’ont répondu qu’ils allaient le faire j’ai attendu 1h je suis retourné les voir ils m’ont dit qu’ils arrivaient de suite 1h après toujours pas fais pour finalement me dire que ça serait fais le lendemain. J’ai également demandé s’ils pouvaient me commander un taxi pour aller à l’aéroport ils m’ont dit aucun soucis et le lendemain a 6h aucun taxi n’avait été réservé j’ai dû me débrouiller seule pour trouver un taxi à cette heure là. La majeure partie du personnel ne parle pas anglais mais uniquement Turque donc difficile de communiquer. La navette pour aéroport est payante contrairement à ce qui est mentionné sur le site.
