Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this property. The room smelled very musty and moldy, and after we showered, there was water all over the floor. There is no Wi-Fi in the room just in the lobby and the pool area. The staff were pleasant, and the breakfast food was nice. Sadly, wouldn’t return.

Family vacation of 4. Pleasant time there June 2023. Only negative WiFi kept dropping and wash clothes were not provided in our room. Other than that our time their was good.

Air conditioner in room not working and room floor soaked and wet from condensation. Front desk not helpful at all, said they were working on it but never did anything. The whole facility is run down with no upkeep. Have stayed here multiple times but never again. The facility, the staff and the service were all sub oar. Save your money and your disappointment and book somewhere else, The place is the Pitts. Beach is pretty but you can get the same beach in a different Resort. Don't book here you will regret it. I know we do.

For a deluxe room the toilet was very small and did not match the pictures on the website. Rusty metal accessories, water leak in the walking closet, unworking safety box, there was a hole in the door giving easily access to bugs and geico into the room. But the pool and the service was pleasant.

We read the reviews and had a great time with the proper expectations of what we were getting into. When we were there, the beach was very quiet and this section of beach in front of the hotel is a protected section of beachfront. There was no riffraff or peddlers or anything like that. Plenty of space under the umbrella is for people to sit right in front of the water. The water was crystal clear, and the sand was beautiful, except for one day when the seaweed came during the evening and collected on the beach front. The staff started working to clear it up the next day, and it really didn’t bother us. To be clear, this is not an all inclusive, but It did include an all you can eat breakfast buffet, which was out of this world. The Donnie options along the speech are really second to none. Affordable prices compared to dining out at nice restaurants in the United States and there was great seafood everywhere. Our hotel room was very clean and everything worked properly. The beds were somewhat stiff but that wasn’t too big of a deal. There is an excursion shack out by the beach and we had a nice sunset tour with snorkeling for 35 bucks per person and we went on 4 x 4’s for two hours at $75 per vehicle. We had such a great time. There is limited staff at the front desk, so be prepared to wait a little while and they were under construction for a movie set that they are doing inside the building while we were there but I imagine that is complete now

Staff was not helpful. Room was literally wet from floor to wall. Smell of mildew & mold was on lamps and sinks. I complained to the front desk and they asked if I didn’t notice when I first got the room. I said I thought it was freshly mopped and waiting for it to dry. Didn’t offer another room to us or anything.

Property is a bit shabby - There is no in room internet which was waaaay inconvenient. The in room phones didn't work, nor did the fan. AC was barely adequate, but my friends room was freezing - no way to regulate. The beach bar food was abysmal. and only one other restaurant on property for dinner - it was OK. My room was nice, the pools were good, ocean front nice - big seaweed issue thru-out caribe

If you concern about you health stay away from this place. I had to move 3 times my first night. They have a leak in the vent, all the rooms smells like mold and have visible mold everywhere. First room, Bathroom ceiling were Leaking. Second room, dead roaches and termites, third room mold all over the room that coated with paints.

This hotel needs to hire a new cleaning crew. The room furniture is extremely outdated. The sink needs to be upgraded and also the Ac is is above the ceiling in the closet that leaks water it always wet the the closet floor and if you hang your clothes in the closet they are somewhat wet.

The day staff members are friendly and helpful. The night staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. I took a picture of the night clerk but unfortunately I don't have the ability to upload as part of this review. The condition of the property was OK, but I wasn't expecting much since this was a last minute reservation (our VRBO rental was double booked, so we had an urgent need to find lodging). I have never encountered a hotel staff member as rude as their night clerk and he was also unwilling to get a manager for us to speak with. I would never return to this property as a result of my experience and could not recommend it to other travelers.
