가격대비 꽤 괜찮으며 청결상태및 친절함이 좋았음
5박을 해본 느낌은 신규호텔에 비하면 시설이 다소 낡긴했으나 관리는 잘되고 있어 특별히 불편하거나 시설에 대해 거부감을 느낄 정도는 아니고, 모든 직원들이 상당히 친절하고 조식은 주문식 이지만 먹을만 했으며 우붓 욍궁까지 도보 10분이내 위치로 호텔까지 주변에 상가가 있어 야간에도 도보 복귀에 문제 없음. 주변 조용하고, 위치나. 매일 청소상태. 친절도로 보았을때 가격대비 괞찬았으며.재투숙 의사있음. 아침 청소로 끝나지 않고 저녁에 방문앞,욕실.방안등에 모기향과 침대 모기장을 매일 설치해 놓아 빌라 복귀시 불편함이 없도록 배려해주는것이 좋았음

우붓시내와 가깝고 여행의 출발점에서 편리하다
호텔규모에 비해서 룸의 크기도 좋았고 룸안에 작지만 수영장이 있어서 더위를 식히기에 너무 좋았다 우붓센타와 가까워서 움직이기 너무 종았고 우붓의 전통적인 문화나 현지인들의 생활모습을 실제로 느낄수 있는장소인것 같았다 대형리조트에서는 느낄수없는 개방적이고 친밀한 느낌을 가져보고싶다면 적극추천하고 싶다 아쉬운점이 있다면 주방이 있다고해서 준비를해서 갔는데 너무형식적이어서 좀 불편했었다 3~4일여행이면 좋은곳 이지만 우리처럼 조금 긴 여행일자를 계획기하는 사람들에게는 조금 불편할것 갇 다 그외에는 모든것이 만족스러웠다 추천하고싶은 호텔이다

This is a delightful retreat in central Ubud. Our villa was super comfortable and had its own private garden and plunge pool. The staff are wonderful.

Ladera Villa is in a relatively quiet area close to the centre. It has lovely gardens with a pool and lounging area. We particularly loved our villa with its very private garden and small plunge pool. There are excellent restaurants nearby.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help with all of our needs. They even suprised us with a beautiful display on our bed when they found out it was our wedding anniversary. The private plunge pool was great addition and the location was perfect. We will be sure to book again when we are back in ubud and we will be highly recommending to everyone we know. Excellent 2 Nights Stay, Lovely Experience
The staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and gracious. This place is awesome value for money. So close to almost everything. The food is good at the restaurant it was great. Totally loved my time there, if I go back to Ubud, I'd certainly be returning to Ladera.

3 terrifing nights
The place is a bit old but clean and they have very good stuff. There breakfast is set menu and it was good. The first day of my stay there was a lizard in the bathroom. The second I found a scorpion in the villa pool and a snake in the lobby the third day there was 2 big geckos and one Lizards above my head on the ceiling in which it was a nightmare for me and my wife so I f you have a phobia of these animals it is the worst choice for you

Villa a little tired. Needs a good dose of maintenance. Food awful and service quite poor. Food mentioned in menu not available and wine and cocktails specifically advertised not available. For this price there are far better options in Ubud. Front desk staff lovely - not their fault. Location is very convenient though.

Great stay!
My husband and I had a great stay with our 10 year old daughter, the plunge pool is such a nice touch to the villa! Ladera was able to accommodate our request for an extra bed, and it fit fine in the room. The area is fantastic- Jl. Bisma is a quiet street very close to the main Ubud center and the monkey forest all an easy 10min walk. Would recommend Ladera Villa for couples mostly, or family with one young child.

Boa estadia, bem próximo às principais ruas de Ubud. Há restaurantes bons próximos, caixa eletrônico em frente ao hotel, mercado também perto. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Pedi um peixe no serviço de quarto, quase intragável. Melhor sair e comer fora. Bom hotel, preço razoável, ótima localização. O quarto não é completamente fechado, há uma abertura entre a parede e o teto, por isso há mosquitos. Disponibilizam uma tela na cama e colocam inseticida toda noite, mas ainda assim.

Cochroachs, mossies, no refund on night not stayed
Great location and quiet. Staff were lovely and did the best they could. Was hard to communicate what I needed as english wasn't great. Tried to explain that I was leaving early took a couple of days and 2 different staff members to get message across. The room looked beautiful but on closer inspection was dirt on my bed like an animal had been on it. A cochroach ran across my pillow one night and mossies very bad because of small pool, also roof not enclosed so animals screeching woke me in the night. Overall was ok, just not value for money, I paid over 130 a night, the week before I stayed at a hotel in ubud for 50 au a night which was much better.

Mysig villa nära stadens centrum, marknaden, monkey forest och restauranger. Badrummet har en öppen del ut mot naturen vilket är väldigt mysigt. Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Egen pool vid villan samt en gemensam pool på området.

Great location & value for a villa w/private pool.
We were very happy with the Ladera Villas. Our room was lovely and our private pool a good size and very private indeed. The bathroom is in the open air style, common in Bali. On the down side, we only had 1 small wardrobe which wasn't big enough for 2 people and the wifi was not great. The location of the villas is very good, only a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Ubud. There are a few restaurants and spa salons on Jl Bisma and we really felt close to everything, while in a quiet and cosy little boutique hotel with only 8 villas. Very good value for the price.

很棒的villa，離市場很近

Wonderful, but watch out for construction noise
The hotel was beautiful, right smack in the middle of the UBUD action, but on a quite side street with rice paddies. Loud construction noise from 9am-5pm every day from next door though. Beds were a bit soft, but everything else was perfect. Select villa D, E for the most privacy. Plunge pool was the perfect temperature. Food was OK, but lots of great restaurants around within 5 minutes walking.

Beautiful private villa in Ubud.
Stayed here for two nights with my fiancé and absolutely loved it. Gorgeous surroundings, beautiful room and private pool, close to everything, and wonderful staff. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Defintely reccommend Ladera for anyone looking for an intimate stay right in Ubud.

Location, Location, Location
My wife and I spent 3 nights in Ladera Villa. It was a very pleasant stay. The villa was very well located. Within walking distance of major attractions in Ubud. Definitely worth it for the USD130-140 range.

Perfect for hornymooners
The construction work next to the villa is noisy. As the construction has reach the third storey, privacy in the villa was effected and will worsen if no action is taken. We could see the construction workers looking at us! Minor problems like slow wifi and broken fridge. Beautiful villa. Staff is very polite and very helpful.

I love the villa. It was very comfortable & clean.
The villa decor is very pleasing and romantic. This would be very suitable for a couple on honeymoon or holiday. I went with my daughter and the management was thoughtful in giving me a twin bed instead of a queen.as I requested. The location is ideal for those who want to walk to the Monkey Forest (15 minutes), Yoga Barn (20 minutes), Ubud Palace and Ubud Market (10 minutes). The staff were pleasant and helpful and the room service fast. Breakfast was nice. I would stay here again if I am in Ubud and would recommend this villa to family and friends.

A must-visit hotel
I could not fault either the facility or the staff of this immaculately kept hotel. The private plunge pool was an added bonus and the whole villa was completely private. The location of the hotel was within easy walking distance to the main area of Ubud plus the rice fields and the Monkey Forest, yet was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was served in the open-air dining room overlooking a temple. I would recommend the hotel without reservation.

A Must Stay!
Excellent location of the hotel. A few mins walk to all the activities that Ubud has to offer. The staff is excellent at what they do. Very friendly & always willing to suggest/ advice on places to visit & things to do near by. The room is well maintained & the pool is excellent. The landscaping is also very well maintained. The restaurant has come really nice food. Overall a very exceptional stay... Kudos to the staff!

A real gem
The Ladera Villa was a pleasant surprise given its 31/2 star rating and good value for money. Our villa was very well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The private plunge pool right outside the door was well used, particularly during the hottest parts of the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, down a relatively quiet back street off the main road with many cafes and restaurants within a short walk. The main street of Ubud was a 10-15 minute walk away and the monkey forest was a 25-30 minutes walk away.

Amazing private villa
Walking distance to many great locations. Ubud market, monkey sanctuary, restaurants and more. Staff was helpful and so friendly. The hotel was new and well maintained, very clean and a neat experience. We would stay again!

Private oasis in the middle of town.
Ubud can be very busy at times... We enjoyed having our own little retreat. This villa is great value for money and presents as advertised. The staff are attentive and discreet, and were happy to organise laundry, a motorcycle and anything else we wanted. I recommend this very strongly - you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful villa in a good location
My boyfriend and I stayed at Ladera Villa for 2 nights. We have nothing but positive things to say about our time there. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the grounds were beautiful, and the villa was stunning. You can tell Ladera Villa is still fairly new and we liked how quaint and quiet it was. It often felt like we had the place to ourselves. The location is also great - it's on a side street just off the main road and walking distance to the water temple, Ubud palace, rice paddies, and many good restaurants and shops. If we return to Ubud, we would love to stay at Ladera again!
