여럿이 사용하기엔 좋을듯요
청소비를 따로 지불해야하는지 몰랐어서 체크아웃할때 당황했네요~ 오스트리아에 오래 머문게 아니라 다른 숙소 한군데 더 있었던터라 평가하기가 좀 그렇긴한데 가격대비 그다지.. 넓고 요리하고 .. 여럿이 쓰기엔 좋을듯요 ㅎ 혼자나 둘이쓰기엔 좀 가격이 아까운ㅋ 훈데르트바서하우스와 가까운건 좋아요.

정말 거지같은 숙소입니다.
절대로 예약하지 마세요. 긴 여정이라 애들 빨래 해결위해 세탁기가 있는 아파트를 골랐는데..... 엄청 후회 했습니다. 1. 찾을수 없습니다. 간판 없음 2. 리셉션 없어서 키받는데 1시간 걸림 3. 청소 안되어 있습니다. 컵에 입술자국 보고 경악함 4. 2박에 이불 정리도 안해주면서 청소비를 강제징수 해갑니다. 5. 건물이 빈민층 아파트 처럼 느껴지고 조명이 어둡습니다.

조용하고 깔끔해서 3박4일을 지내는동안 만족했다. 메트로까지 15분쯤 걸리지만 길을 찾기 쉬웠다. 집주인도 매우 친절했다.

We appreciated the position, in a quiet area not far from the center and from the Wien Mitte Station. The apartment was clean and the instructions to get the key were detailed. On the contrary there was no instructions on how to set the temperature in the apartment. Anyway after few attempts we were able to set it in acceptable way. We found difficult to set the meeting to pay the cleaning fee. We used the chat from Expedia but we had no feedback even if we wrote several messages and in one case it was reported that the property had read them. At the end we left the money on the table, hoping that this was OK.

La struttura all’interno aveva un gradino non ben visibile tra cucina e ingresso molto pericoloso . Inoltre non dispone di un armadio e per me che vi ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia ( marito e figlie) e’ stato disagevole xche dovevamo utilizzare le sedie della cucina . Inoltre il divano letto non è particolarmente comodo per dormire .

Location was convenient! It’s a short walk to Prater Park and about 20-30 min walk to the center, which was great. The communication from property manager is spotty and gave to email them at least a week ahead about check in instructions and any questions but might not reply at all or in German. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Worst experience in Vienna, stay away
When I arrived the key was not available. Owner came within 20 min and took me to a room that was already taken and then the next room had not been cleaned. I decided to leave. They said they would refund me the cost and I booked another room at 21.00 in the evening. They did not reply to my refund request and not even hotels.com was able to reach them. Overall lack of respect for their guests and lack of ownership for issue management. Stay away if you want to avoid nasty surprises.

Appartamento piccolo ma più che sufficiente per ciò che è necessario per un viaggio in una città con molte attrazioni: mangiare, dormire, lavarsi. Ordinato e abbastanza pulito, e in generale non manca nulla. La comunicazione purtroppo non è diretta (face to face) ma alle mail si riceve risposta nel giro di qualche ora: se le cose da sapere sono importanti è meglio chiederle con un po' di anticipo. Complessivamente soddisfatto.

Muy cerca de estación de metro y CAT. No me gustó encontrarme que el dueño entró en el apartamento una o dos veces mientras no estábamos. Para bien o para mal, eso no está bien.

Nous n’avons jamais reçu le fameux code pour rentrer! Avons dû appeler Expédia pour l’avoir. L’appartement nest pas adapté pour une famille. Aucune eau chaude pour les 24 premières heures...pas de papier de toilette (pratique après un long voyage!), 1 serviette pour 4!!! Avons essayé à maintes reprises de rejoindre le proprio...il n’a jamais répondu pendant nos 4 jours. Apartement poussiéreux , manquant de tout pour cuisiner. Pas de linge à vaisselle, pas de saladier, 1 petite cuillère pour 4...bref...je ne recommande en aucun cas cet apartement. Deco horrible!

Contacting someone to obtain entry instructions proved extremely difficult. Finally reached someone in Las Vegas, NV after trying for three days from Prague. Washing machine is permanently broken and should not be included in the pictures. False advertising. Floors were filthy and one window curtain was hanging off the rod. We had two very small towels for baths. Kitchen had no dish towels. Had to buy toilet paper first day as there was only one partial roll. Unit was quiet and shower had good supply of hot water. No shower gel, soap etc. was provided. Bed was comfortable. Overall disappointing experience.

DO NOT GO. I didn't read the reviews. It's horrible because the phone number is wrong so you can't call them to organise keys (and they don't tell you that there's a code for the keys which they haven't emailed you), and then no-one can help you because your foreign. If you book this you'll have one of those international horror stories where you can't get in, can't get help, and can't speak the language. The room was OK, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the TV is only local stations. It's just not worth the hassle

There was no service in this hotel. We had problems of check-in and no one stayed in there. There was very inconvenient because of no clean tools in the kitchen. I'm sorry to say thet even the price is good, we don't consider living again.

Dirty flat in a different and ugly building
At the Check-in, I had to call via phone the owner, and he told us that the building was different. When we arrived at the second building: First all the flat was dirty (and we had to clean), and we had to wait 1h before exit because they had to fix the door and some lights that were broken. It is only a flat e not and Apparthotel / Resort (for example there isn't the soap). For that price in a street not in the main center, and with the closer metro station at 10 min walking and no bus station, it's not cheap. For the checkout we had to come back to the first building to give back the key, because nobody was there. PS: Try to immage the reason why there aren't the builging photo....It's not beautifull.

Bei Ankunft um 15 Uhr weder eine Person noch der Schlüssel am verabredeten Ort. nach vielen Versuchen jemanden am Telefon erreicht. Leider kam raus, dass das Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt wurde und die Servicekraft erst in 30 Minuten am Ort ist. Als Ausgleich wurde 20 Euro Rabatt versprochen. Daran hat man sich leider am Schluss nicht erinnert, bzw. sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Das Appartement könnte gut sein. Lage und Ausstattung an sich befriedigend bis gut. ABER. Wohnung war dreckig, Abfluss verstopft, ein Vorhang hing halb runter, keine Fernbedienung geht, ..., ... Liste könnte man fast beliebig fortführen, je nachdem wie pingelig man ist. Meine Empfehlung. Nur buchen wenn tatsächlich nichts anderes frei ist.

Размещение в аппартаментах напоминало квест.
Обратите внимание, что это не апарт-отель и не отель, а аппартаменты, которые находятся по адресу Maxgrasse, а не по заявленному Blattgasse. В принципе это совсем рядом, но никого по приезду Вы не найдете. Необходимо будет звонить по телефону и ругаться с владельцем. После этого Вам скинут смс с инструкцией как забрать ключи и попасть в номер. Мне потребовалось почти час времени чтобы это решить. В остальном аппартаменты в хорошем месте и состоянии, хорошо работает wi-fi. Есть все необходимое.

This is a reasonably central flat in Vienna and not a hotel. There was nothing wrong with it, but it seemed expensive for what was provided. Still, at the end of September accommodation in Vienna was very scarce and perhaps the price reflected market circumstances.

Room Cancelled Without Notice
We arrived at the end of a flight from Chicago to find that the proprietor had cancelled our reservation and given our accomnodation to another party. The claim was that the charge was rejected by the credit card company. But no attempt was made by the renter or by Expedia to notify us and let us resolve the problem. It took us six tries to find a room and that room cost three times the price that Expedia had quoted us. Don't trust this renter and shame on expedia.

Ok, but in need of a little TLC
Tired but clean. Bedroom was very hot, a fan would be very welcome for the evenings as the headboard prevented the window from opening fully. The kitchen was short on utensils, a sieve, scales, tea towel and a selection knives would be useful. Also at least in toilet roll should be provided. Overall the apartment was ok, but could do with a lick off paint, new dining and coffee tables and the above mentioned utensils, etc.

Personne pour nous accueillir sur les lieux. Au téléphone, on nous fait savoir que notre réservation a été annulée : raison incompréhensible, aucun mails ou sms ne nous a été envoyé pour nous prévenir. Une terrible expérience donc....et un séjour que nous déconseillons très fortement.

Great apartment in great city
We loved our apartment on Blattgasse during our stay with our two daughters in Vienna. Although we thought it was an apartment-hotel and expected a check-in counter, we were able to reach an owner/manager quickly by phone and our apartment was ready for us to check-in right away. The apartment was clean, bright, spacious, in a great and quiet neighborhood (despite the early renovation work taking place in the building!) and we felt like home. Supermarkets are close by (Billa), close access to subway and walking distance to many sights. A few very minor details: the kitchen could have a few cooking utensils (spoons, ladles, etc) and linens and the cleaning service forgot the previous tenants towels in bathroom. Should we return to Vienna one day, we will stay here once again and we will recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Not to recommend! The appartment were full of ants, bad cleaning, spiderweb in some corners and a couple of more things. When we complained about the ants the owner tried to solve the problem but the ants came back the day after. Then he solved it with even more antpoison in the appartment that we had to live in. We agreed that we should receive a 50 euros discount because of the inconvenience with the ants but we have still not received it, the owner has not answered us on our text-messages or our phonecalls and we feel cheated. This is not a serious partner to Hotels.com and we can not recommend the place.

It is not a hotel, no service at all
This is the worst hotel during our trip in Europe. First, it is not a hotel, just an old apartment - an old private residence. However, as we booked it on hotel.com, it should be a business. But we saw nobody when we got there at 19:00., no sign for the rental apartment. We had no idea how where we should go because no one around knew where is it. Finally we got help from the manager of a bar on the corner. He used his own cell phone to call the owner of the apartment, and we got the key. We had paid for 4 people for the apartment, but there were only beddings for two, although there is a sofa bed, but we had nothing on it. Second, there is only a folder on the table with a map of Vienna. We could got no information about the city. Third, the checking-out time is 10:00 am. But the owner refused to store our luggage, even though it says in the folder that we could. Our would take the train at 17:43, but we had hard time with our luggage storage. It was highly not convenient and it was the only hotel unable to store the luggage for their guests, and the only one hotel we saw no employee. Fourth, in other hotels we could get e-tickets for bus or train printed out. Since there is no one you see in this apartment, you can not get any help for anything. It was a terrible experience living in the apartment.

The experience “Blattgasse Royal Resort Apartments – Vienna” was horrible, unusual, inappropriate, rude, obtrusive, etc., etc., etc. The owner of the apartment was / aggressive in expression, despicable, immoral, rude, etc. The apartment was alike a ‘ghost’ - with no reception, no signs / indications of location, without potential employees, dirty at the time of check-in. L'expérience “Royal Resort Apartments Blattgasse – Vienne” a été horrible, hors du commun, inapproprié, désagréable, etc., etc., etc. Le propriétaire du l’appartement est / agressif quand il parle, infâme, immoral, grossier, etc. L’appartement possède pas de réception, dispose d'aucune indication / signe, n'a pas de potentiels employés, était sale au moment du check-in.

Awful attitude
I have been to this hotel twice. First time I didn't call them and found myself at their door at 7 pm with nobody around. When I called them I was (rudely) told that I should wait for half an hour. When I complained I was told that they cancel the reservation. Of course at that time of the day I had no option but to wait. Later when I was leaving they were more or less nice and I decided not to write about it. But I was wrong. This time I called a day before telling that I am arriving at noon and that I would call them from the airport train. So I did. After a while I received an sms saying that their representative will be a few minutes late. When I arrived at the door there was nobody there of course. After half an hour I called them again. Same story! I was told that the check in is at 2 pm and they are doing a great service to me to check me in before that. And that if I wanted I could wait until 2 pm. Great service indeed! I could have waited in a nice restaurant in the airport and not on the street at their door! Just to give you an idea - an extract from their sms - quote: i dont want to discuss with you when i am arrange for you a earlier check in - unquote. This is the politeness you are going to get. Apart from awful service there are some good things there and were these people not so unpleasant to deal with I could have stayed there another time.

オーナーに自分から連絡を取らないといけなく、知らないで行ったら鍵が貰えなくすごく焦った。とても不親切。ヒーターの使い方も教えてくれなくすごい寒かった。
