Thank you for your feedback. The grouting in the bathroom is stained, it is not live mould. To fix this, the grouting needs to be replaced, which we are looking at doing. The bathrooms are old and a little stained in places, not dirty, and this is why we call ourselves a 'budget motel'. Unsure what the smell is that you mentioned

Thank you for your feedback. Upon investigating the room, all of the lights are working - there are just different light switches for different lights. The hot water appears to be working perfectly fine and no other rooms have mentioned lack of. We cannot find a problem with the bathroom fan and the soap dispensers appear to be working fine, and are fully stocked. Unsure about the smell you mentioned as nothing was detected. You arrived outside our Reception hours - we have a 24 hour check in system which you used. There were two pillows per guest, we are unsure how many you expected, more could have been provided when the extra towels you requested were provided. We do have an after hours phone service, who are able to contact us when required, which they did...re towels which you reuqested

Thank you for your feedback. The Motel is older and some people believe it does need renovating but once this is done, it will no longer be a "budget motel" with cheap rates that so many people rely on. Unfortunately you didnt say what needed maintenance - we try very hard to keep any "maintenance" issues fixed. Thank you for staying with us
