Kebersihan bilik dan sarapan pagi tidak memuaskan. Staff hotel peramah, tidak mengambil masa yang lama untuk check in n check out. Lebih baik kalau ada 24 jam room cleaning services.

The room air condition so noisy until had to sleep without air cond. SO UNCOMFORTABLE. The room fixture was so run down and some it going to falling apart. This Hotel dont deserve a 3 star hotel status. I think is only 1 star hotel, and the rate i would get a better one from those small hotel.

Never again
Rooms dirty, bathrooms leaking water from bath, basin. Carpets filthy. No internet connection unless I sit in dirty hallway. My friend could not even get connection anywhere. I had to ask for towels, toilet tissue, bins not emptied!!! Never again will I go to this hotel, it has deteriorated so much since my last visit

Look elsewhere folks!!!
The Good: Excellent location. Jonker street and many local attractions are accessible by walking. No problem in getting grubs no matter the time of day as there are plenty of mamak and hawkers stalls which are open throughout the night. The Bad: Room and facilities are in dire need of refurbishment. No toothbrush nor toothpaste. Airconditioning is through a centralized unit and is quite noisy. Bathroom is extremely small and cramped. Room had a weird musty smell. The Ugly: THE BATHROOM DOOR COULD NOT BE CLOSED ! The door was bigger than the door opening! THE BATH TUB STOPPER WAS BROKEN AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO SEAL THE BATH TUB.

改装待たれる
古いうえに未改装なので、汚れが目立ちます。今回となりのベイビューが満室だったのでしょうがなかった。お湯は22時以降にならないとでなかった。バスタブがあったので良かった。 朝食はなかなか美味しかった。

Decent Budget Option
It was a business trip and with the price that I paid for, Hotel Orkid got the job done. Sure, the condition of the hotel was not the greatest and the cleanliness could be greatly improved (carpet was dirty, coffee cups and towels had stains) but the front desk was helpful, the air-conditioning was super and the wifi was stable. The hotel is 10 mins walk from Jonker street and 5 to 10 mins taxi ride from Meleka Sentral (bus station). There are various food options around the neighborhood. Various convenient stores are also nearby. Breakfast is okay as well. All in all, it depends on what you are paying for. Sure, there are better options out there but if you are on a budget, this might be an option worth considering.

For a basic hotel it was good but that is it. it's in serious need of refurbishment, not that it's not safe but to keep up with the times.

Poor facilities in hotel. Poor hygiene
No gd. Will not come again. After staff make up the room, didn't provide toilet papers. Ask for mineral water also difficult. Hot water flask is very dirty.

The OK hotel...
Well...the room was ok...but the toilet is kind a bit problem to me. Shower is too small for my big figure. Then the sink actually have blockage. Otherwise, still OK to me.

Hotel need maintenance
A lot loose out from my staying experience 5 years ago, the hotel rooms have not well maintained, smelly toilet, floor and bed.

服務人員服務很好，但是酒店房間很舊了
酒店需要翻新了，大廳還不錯，但是搭升降梯去樓上的房間的時候，從升降梯出來就聞到一股很濃又很重的濕氣味道，很不舒服。。進去房間后也是會有那股味道。 隔音設備不是很好，隔壁說話大聲一點都聽得到。。廁所馬桶需要修理一下，一沖水后會有很大的噪音，不是沖馬桶的聲音，是蓄水箱的問題。。。還有酒店不提供牙刷牙膏梳子，有點不太方便。但是酒店床很舒適，酒店服務人員很禮貌也很貼心。希望下次再入住的時候，酒店設施已經得到改善~

it was such a great dissapointment and it is one of the worst hotels that i ever checked in.. will prefer if u can upgrade your hotel rooms and cleanliness. i paid your room which it's not really worth for it The toilets needed renovation. The sink didn't drain water fast. Bath tub not clean. The carpets in the room need to change. the bed sheet and comforter also need to change . Overall the room is very dusty and not clean at all. Limited covered parking. Bath tub not clean and limited variety of breakfast ...overall it was a horrible and not an enjoyable stay for me...pls don't ever try your luck here in this hotel!!! paid so much for such a terrible hotel lf!!!

Good location
Accessible to Mahkota and Jonker St. Tight parking (on mobile platforms) but guards and staff are very helpful and approachable. Room size and condition was a bit below expectation considering I booked for the studio suite.
