Not recommended hotel
My stay was very disappointing and I don’t recommend this hotel if you want not to spoil your vacation. There are bugs in the hotel and cleaning standards are below expectations. The reception staff are rude and not helpful at all. They either don’t accept your calls or ignore all your requests. I was booking 3 rooms family suite but they provided me two rooms and they could not provide the keys for the internal doors of connecting rooms! Making the connection useless. No tissues in the room but only toilet tissues Only one channel TV Fridge is not cooling Leaking sink Old and aged furniture Boring basic breakfast Unwelcoming staff Loud music at night from the night club Don’t make my mistake and trust the bad reviews made for that hotel which I regret not taking them seriously. The only advantage for that hotel was the location but you can get better options in better value.

KONUM OLARAK İYİ BİR YERDE FAKAT AĞIR BİR KOKU VAR
Otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde taksim meydanında fakat oteli iki kısıma ayırmışlar, kaldığımız otelin konaklama kısmında odada ve koridorlarda çok ağır bir koku var klima ve pencereyi açmadan uyuyamıyorsunuz, konaklama için ödediğimiz rakam 4 yıldız bir otel konaklama ücreti... Labirent gibi olan bu otelde ayrıca kahvaltı yapmak için ayrıca para ödemeniz gerekiyormuş. Halbuki rezervasyon teyidinde kahvaltı olup olmadığını sorduğumuzuda dahil olduğu bilgisini almıştık. bu sebepten dolayı personel her ne kadar güler yüzlü olursa olsun kazık yediğiniz bir otelde tekrar kalmak için düşünmeniz gerekir....

Ok first off it took me 1 hr 20min plus assistants from public to find this hotel has direction is not made clear.check in the little cramp room that you can hardly turn around in, picture on the website is clearly misleading to the public.after bein in the room i thought let me get some rest has I've been travelling from the previous day only to find dirty pillow cases i guess housekeeping thought they were clean so didnt need to change them from previous guest.fast forward wake up the following by loud noise from the both gyst and staff,and oh have my toom door open by staff without waiting for me to confirm that im in the room.did i mention it took my 2nd day beore my pillow cases were change after i request for it to be change the day i check in.tight so previous guest mention about the hill climb to get to the hotel well there is a entrance on the 5th floor just that u may find you'll have to walk the stairs to get to 5th floor because the lift doesn't work.i could go on and on about my experience but ill leave it at that.first time in that hotel and will never go back there.

İlk günkü sıkıntıdan sonra beni aradılar, başka bir odaya alacaklarını söylediler ve rahatsızlıktan dolayı özür dilediler. Meğer beni müştemilata almışlar. Diğer oda başka bir binadaydı, Deniz manzaralı ve ilkinden biraz daha iyiydi. Televizyonu bozuktu. İlk odada da sadece TRT, A haber kanalları ve ve her 10 kanaldan 8’i cinsel gücü artırıcı ürünlerin pazarlandığı kanallardı. Kahvaltıyı ben sevmedim. Kahvaltı satın almaya hiç gerek yok bu otelde. Genel olarak hiç memnun kalmadım. Param ziyan olmasın diye kalmak zorunda kaldım.

Kız arkadaşımla gittiğim otelde çift kişilik yatak belirtmemize ve kendilerinin ayarlayacaklarını söylemelerine rağmen gittiğimizde bize tek kişilik yatak verdiler.Başka oda istediğimizi söylediğimizde otelin dolu olduğunu iki yatağı birleştirme önerisiyle geçiştirdiler. Ayrıca otel 3 blokdan oluşuyor. Odaya ulaşmak için asansörden asansöre geçiş yapmanız gerekiyor. Gecenin herhangi bir vakti siz uyumaya çalışırken yangın alarmı devreye giriyor.Sebebi ise otelde nargile kullanılmasıymış. Bu sebeplerden ötürü apar topar odadan çıktık. Otel ücretinin tek kuruşunu bile haketmiyor.

Style Star hotel is a part of star hotel group. Service itself is good and staff have been very friendly and helpful. Carpets in the room were worn out and they were smelling heavy with severe cigarette smoke. Despite fresheners, we didn't feel completely refreshed inside the room. Apart from the bad smell, it is a good place to stay. This was not our first choice, but Expedia relocations booked this with 30 minutes notice for us as our original booking was cancelled by the owner. For the price that was charged, I would expect little more with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property.

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE !!!!
Reception staff are quite pleasant Hotel & rooms smell so bad espocially from the room floors for Style star hotel and Grand Star hotel, rooms are quite small compared to pictures published on hotels.com, rooms and corridors smell so bad and dull with poor lighting, toilets and showers smell bad, cockroaches inside the cupboards and below beds, Internet is very poor, Air condition is dead - hot and the family suit I took was with 3 rooms out of which in 2 rooms the AC was not working, taxi service is poor in quality and timing When I complained to hotel manager he simply said “if you want to cancel call hotels.com”, later he offered two small triple rooms for the next day but they were small Very bad experience and will certainly never consider both hotels even for free and even not use hotels.com for future trips

The hotel location is good but we faced many problem. There was a disgusting smell in the rooms and they were not that clean. They only put shampoo once in 4 days. internet connection was very poor.
