It is clearer on our website or you can call to ask any questions for your upcoming stay. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the beams in some rooms as this is how it is built. Hello Gyorgy,We are still waiting for you to remove this feedback as you have agreed that it is not an accurate account of our hotel. We did not have and never had bed bugs in our hotel. You stayed two nights and obviously nothing happened on your first night. Im sure if there were a thousand bugs in the bed the guest before and after you in the room would have been affected too as we were fully booked in and around your stay with us.
