The hotel itself is a nice building, the pool is excellent for families, nice hot tub, nice pool with a fun water slide. Our room was perfect for our family, the only downfall is the room was pretty dirty. I had went down to the front desk and told them what was dirty and asked if it could be cleaned the next day, we were told yes, but during our 3 day stay the room wasn’t cleaned. On the walls there was something like pasta sauce of some kind or orange stuff on the walls and it never got cleaned. Ledges and the bathroom were fairly dirty still. The room itself was nice but it was dirty. Next time we’ll probably stay at a different hotel that is clean.

We have nice and easy stay in this hotel. The room was neat and clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. It was also very convenient for shopping because of the proximity of the stores surrounding the area.

I was on a “staycation” with my grandchildren, which I often do. Before booking the hotel, I went inside to ensure the pool, water slide & hot tub were operating. The desk clerk assured me they were. We quickly checked in; put our swimsuits on only to find the pool freezing cold & the hot tub not operating. The manager said it was a communication error as the hot tub hadn’t been working for weeks. On the plus side, they assured me they would refund my room charge for the night however, this meant changing, packing up & moving to Homes2Go, where everything was working. Additionally, I didn’t say anything but the holiday inn is also now looking very “tired”; super dark & the pool area was not clean

The staff on duty was extremely rude when we checked in. I didnt get the room i reserved and when i asked him to change it he said sure no problem but proceeded to put us in an identical but dirty room. Things were broken in the bathroom and every time we tried to communicate with him at the desk he wouldnt come out of the office. Very bad customer service. We wont recommend nor stay here again.
