Property is immaculate. Had a very nice stay. Will stay here again when in Penticton. Staff was great and super accommodating.

Very nice, mattress is too soft snd the small fridge did not have a freezer to hold ice. Other than that, the unit met our expectations and the location and parking were great

Casa grande
The place was nice, however the walls were pretty thin and you could hear other people arriving and leaving. The tv wouldnt work for us and the bathtub drained slowly. However the bed was comfy and it was very clean and neat.

The location is near the lake and literally over a main road, making it very noisy until midnight (in October).

The location is very good. We didn't like the parking as it was impossible to squeeze 5 cars into the small space, there was no host in the dining area at breakfast which is not normal in a B&B, the shower in the Hideaway room should come with a warning as it was incredibly small ( a regular sized person couldn't turn around in the enclosure), some instruction for the coffee maker would be helpful and the TV didn't work.

thank you Robert for the feedback, yes switching over providers has been a hiccup and we have fixed that issue, The parking unfortunately is an ongoing situation and given the location, some of our guests are asked to park on the street or across by the lake. The coffee pot instruction are noted and we are making new signage for such amenities. The shower stall is standard “on the smaller side”. and yes, we will note that on our updated version of rooms and amenities. This BnB is being revamped and we are trying to find ways to make this a welcoming, warm experience for our guests. We appreciate the time and effort put into giving us this feedback and it is duly noted.

Wonderful in every way!
I loved my stay at Casa Grande Inn. The room was lovely, and very comfortable. The location couldn't be better.

The location is great and the building is beautiful. We were here a year ago, so could compare service. The service this year was not as clear as last year. The manager was very helpful, when we could find him. He was very helpful, but his English presents a bit of a barrier. We spoke to other guests who were at a loss what to do for breakfast. I told them basically what to do. If no food options were laid out on the tables, just start looking in the fridge for breakfast items, make your own coffee & tea. Once you take charge of the meal, you can have a decent breakfast. I do not lay the blame on the manager as he tried very hard to help. I'm wondering if her needs more training and more support. When we were there last year, we had a room on the third floor. At that time our double doors to the outside (which is accessible to anyone wanting to get in) had no locks on that door. We didn't feel comfortable about that, but lived with it. This year, the person in that room told me the double doors did not lock and the occupant was a single elderly person who didn't feel safe at all. Last year we reported this problem and it appears it is still not fixed. We still give this place a good rating, but there needs to be some changes made and possibly more staff.

Very nice spacious property. Good views from the sundecks. Breakfast was good, there was cereal, bread, hard boiled eggs and bakery items. Lots of Make your own coffee. Across the street is Ooolala food truck with a variety of Crepes. There are Only 5 spots to park so one night we were forced to park on Churchill Ave and Riverside. Oh ya, no elevator. Very nice accommodations and we would enjoy returning.

Very cramped quarters. No chairs. No light above mirror over the sink. Adequate breakfast. Whole facility tired. Over priced and will not recommend it.

Not worth the money
Very u professional. Cranky hostess. Unwelcoming. Squeaky bed. Worn out linens. Far too expensive. Does not look like advertisement.

This B&B is a gem! Beautiful house right on the beach (across from the boat). Parking is available right outside. The rooms are very clean, cozy and stylish. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the cute balcony overlooking the beach. Elise (host) has breakfast ready in the morning. Sometimes she makes the most delicious bran muffins for her guests! Thank you Elise for being so sweet and helpful during our stay.

Great stay! It wasn't what I expected from hotel point of view but I was pleasantly surprised with the homey feel and friendliness of staff. Great views! The only thing I would adjust is the breakfast as an bed & breakfast could have been better.

I love this place, ao close to the beach. They off lots of activities you can do in water or on land. Our room was amazing, with a belcony. They host she was amazing. Definitely will be coming back!

Great Location!
Great Location! They said there wouldn't be breakfast due to Covid but there was always coffee, oatmeal, bran muffins, bananas and mini donuts at least when we were there. Had the Grande room which was the biggest with lots of light from all the windows.
