My room had nothing to do with the pictures online. The room was more like a prisión cell, extremely small, the sink was literally beneath the shower. The room had a strong smell that was causing me allergies. Surroundings felt extremely unsafe

The hotel is in bad shape. Our bathroom did not have a shower head, tiles are cracked and broken. Rooms are small and uncomfortable, old mattresses. Just not nice. Most rooms don’t have a window to the outside, only to the hallway. It’s noisy all hours of the night. Breakfast is filling, but not very good. Quite expensive for such a poor quality hotel. I don’t recommend staying here.

Tiene que mejorar en todo, no hay agua caliente, habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, no llega wifi, y las camas horribles, colchones viejos con resortes que lastiman, no puedes dormir, esta muy feo, falta invertir más.

It is an affordable hotel, the staff was friendly, good breakfast, and perfect location two blocks from the beach. There are different restaurants around. The room was not very big, but we were not much time at the hotel. Our idea was to get know Cartagena instead of being at the hotel.

budget hotel
The hotel was in a great location walking distance from the beach, close to many eateries and shopping. The room itself did NOT have a mirror in the bathroom and the walls are very thin. The room desk did not have a chair, so I politely requested one and brought it up the stairs myself. The staff was very young. On a bright note, the breakfast was adequate with a nice view of the busy avenue.

Muy buen hotel. Recomendado 100%
Me fue muy bien en la estadía, el lugar es pequeño pero cuenta con muy buena ubicación, cerca a la playa y a establecimientos comerciales donde encuentras de todo. El sector también cuenta con fácil acceso a transporte. La atención es muy buena, el personal es amable, la limpieza del hotel en general y la habitación es muy buena, muy aseado. Los desayunos son deliciosos. Totalmente recomendado, volvería sin duda.

this is definitely a 2 star facility. the water in the shower gets lukewarm at best, I didn't really mind since it was so scorching hot outside. what really disappointed me is the walls are horribly thin. a few nights I heard drunken men in the hallway until the wee hours, other days children were screaming or housekeeping would be shouting. it was so bad I checked into another hotel for a nice to get some sleep. the room was like a sardine box without a window but again that didn't bother me. the breakfast was subpar, but since it was included I had it 3 of my 5 days, eggs or ham & cheese, toast, fruit and juice/coffee. I also tried to nap one afternoon since I didn't get much sleep during the night due to the drunkards and housekeeping woke me up beating on my door wanting to clean my room. this bothered me since I hadn't turned my key into the desk they knew I was in the room for whatever reason. next time I am definitely spending 5 times as much as staying the entire time at the hyatt.

Overall hotel is very simple and offers just what you need. This place is great if you're the type of traveler that is out all day and only cares to have a place to sleep and shower. They offer simple yet tasty complimentary breakfast and the staff is always very helpful. I loved that they offered coffee, tea, and water at any time of the day. They offer parking but there are only 3 spots available. However, for the majority of my stay, we had access to a parking spot. The room itself was pretty clean, though they could use new pillows (not that serious of a problem though). Finally, bring your own soap, toothpaste, and shampoo because its not offered (that I know of). The location is great too because restaurants and stores are walking distance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here for the price and I was comfortable. I would stay again for another good deal.
