위치, 서비스, 가족단위 여행에 좋은 호텔 인 것 같습니다
3살 아기 포함하여 가족과 5일 다녀왔습니다. 아기를 위한 웰컴 선물(오리인형, 사탕, 초코렛 등) 이 침대위에 올려져 있는데 너무 좋아하더라고요~ 또 직접 쓴 카드를 보고 처음부터 기분이 좋아졌습니다. 바로 옆 쇼핑몰에 1층에 스타벅스 및 큰 마트 1곳, 과일 등을 파는 마트 1곳, 식당 등도 있어서 편의성도 좋고, 호텔 뒷편에 하천을 따라 산책로도 되어 있어서 좋더라고요. 아기가 아팠었는데 자세하게 병원도 찾아봐주시고~ 직원분들 모두 친절하고 기분 좋게 여행을 하고 왔습니다. 중요 관광지를 택시로 이용하기 좋은 위치이고, 주방도 있어서 밥을 호텔에서 해서 먹으니 편하고 좋더라고요~ 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다~~

가족여행에 최적화된 숙소
아이와 부모님을 모시고간 여행이라 호텔이 아닌 아파트를 선택했는데 결과적으로 만족스러운 선택이었습니다. 룸과 수영장/사우나 등 부대 시설도 깨끗하고 가족끼리 이용하기 불편이 없었습니다. 하우스키핑&조식제공, 친절한 직원 등 서비스도 호텔 수준으로 좋았습니다. 특히 직원 분들이 개인적으로 부탁을 하면 가능한 선에서 다 들어줍니다.(아기용 침대 가드, 높은 층 배정,바우처 출력, 택시 호출 등) 기대하지 않은 웰컴 과일도 굉장히 좋았습니다. 룸서비스 가격도 적당하고, 전반적으로 호텔과 아파트의 장점을 골고루 갖추고 있습니다. 위치는 지하철이 가깝지 않아 택시를 이용했는데 시내와 주요 관광지가 멀지 않았습니다. 단점은 시내라 뷰라고 할만한게 없고, 거실에 있는 화장실과 샤워실이 너무 좁습니다. 안방 화장실도 투명한 유리문이라 가족이라도 조금 민망합니다. 마지막으로 싱가폴 대부분 호텔에서 나오는 한국 방송이 안나오는 아쉬움도 있네요.

편안한 레지던스
전형적인 레지던스 타입으로 건물 내, 주변에 생활 편의시설이 다양하게 갖추어져 있음. 간단히 먹기에 조식도 나쁘지 않고, 직원들이 모두 친절함. 기존의 후기와 크게 다르지 않았음. 요리를 한다면 주방에 전기스토브 대신 가스레인지가 있기 때문에 더 수월할 것 같음.

적극 추천입니다
레지던스여서 키친,세탁,넓은객실과 함께 키즈시설이 잘 되있어서(3층의 인도어,아우도어 키즈존 및 수영장의 작은 해적놀이터,수영장의 커다란 동물튜브등) 가족여행에 최적화된 숙소임에 틀림 없어요.mrt와 거리가 있지만 다른 두노선의 셔틀버스가 매시간 마다 있어서 오히려 더 편했습니다. 건물옆에바로 스타벅스,kfc,페어프라이스 마트까지. 적극 추천하고 싶어요!!직원들도 정말 친절해용♡

레지던스형 호텔 가족여행에는 최고.
가족여행으로 3베드룸이었는데 가족 모두 편안하게 즐겁게 만족했습니다. 주변도 거주지역이라 조용했고 수영장도 조식도 그정도면 만족. 세탁기를 이용할 수 있어서도 좋았고. 아무래도 레지던스개념이라 집인듯 편안했습니다.

전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 아늑하고 방,거실, 화장실 별도로 레이아웃도 괜찮았습니다. 주차도 무료이고.. 근처 편의시설도 바로 있구요.. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 레지던스라 그런지 조식 부페가 먹을게 없습니다.. 조식이 별도 금액이라면 선택 안 하는게 좋을 것 같네요!

We’re familiar with Singapore so an aparthotel slightly off the main drag worked for us. Easy to walk to the subway or bus stop, plus Fraser Suites offers a shuttle service. Efficient well-stocked kitchen for meals in. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Separate desk from the kitchen table kept work stuff away from food prep. Tub and shower, plenty of bathroom space to share. Quiet. Loved the walk along Alexandra Canal to Clarke Quay. Saw otters in the canal!

全てにおいて快適です。 スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで親切です。 ただ楽しみにしていたサウナが壊れていて何度か直してくれる様頼んだのですが、結局滞在中に直らなかったのが残念です。 キッチンが付いているので外食に飽きたら料理が出来るし、買い物もホテル下にスーパーや、レストランが併設されていて便利だし、移動もホテルの無料定期循環バスや目の前から出ているバスを使えばどこにでもストレスなく行けます。しかもバス料金が安い、ほとんどどこにでも約1SGドルで行けます。 いつもgrabを使うのですがまったく使わなくて済みました。 朝食が付いているのも良かったです。

Came in as a family of four. The 2 bedroom Suite was ideal for us in size and cleanliness. Shopping amenities were close by (Great World 10mins walk. Small grocery store and eatery in front building foyer directly below). Nice Hawker stall (Zion Riverside 10mins walk) also close by. Very central to Orchard (only one MRT stop away from closest MRT station to Fraser which is Great World). Outstanding service from all at Fraser Suites (special shout out for Balakrishnan). Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, good value for money. Would definitely recommend and reconsider on future returns to SG.

Great location, easy walk to Great World MRT, many bus stops close to location. Rooms are clean and well serviced, staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and daily buffet breakfast that came with our stay.

It’s old but very well maintained. It’s not close to MRT but very walkable and with a supermarket and Starbucks downstairs. Great World, a larger mall is only 10-min walking distance. You can walk to Clarke Quay and Boat Quay in 30 to 40 min.

Really amazing place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and out was really easy. Lots of amenities like toiletries, dressing gowns, reusable shopping bags etc. Rooms are stocked with everything you will need. Breakfast is good. They also provide lunch but we didn’t try it. Free shuttle to local places is good too! Pool, sauna, massage chairs are all lovely. Only thing is surfaces are a little dusty in the bedrooms- would be nice if they wiped them down when cleaning the rooms daily. Other than that, no complaints!

The best hotel I’ve stayed in. Clean apartments stocked up with everything you will need including toiletries, dressing gowns, slippers, washing up soap, laundry detergent, iron, tea and coffee etc. They even provide reusable shopping bags. The hotel staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are throughly cleaned every day. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with local grocery shop, bakery, cafe, vet and ATM. Parking is available for free. The pool, gym and sauna are really nice too and easy to access. No complaints, would highly recommend!

Nice property
This is my third time at this property. The location is great, the unit spacious, and although dated is well-appointed. Staff training seems inconsistent, as some are quite warm, while others are civil yet unpleasant.

Everything else was good but they refused to allow our teen age daughter to stay quoting 1 bedroom suite is for 2 adults only. Quite disappointed with that. As long as we are not asking for extra bed or even taking advantage of breakfast, a family should be able to stay together.

Great apartments in a relatively central location. Very easy to catch taxis or to walk to the MRT, which is located at a shopping centre. The amenities are very well looked after. The pool is large and very clean, and there is plenty of space and seating around it to relax and read a book. Towels are supplied at the pool. Our package also included breakfast, which had a good selection including cereal, fruit, toast, pastries and hot food. Check- in and check- out we're very easy. As we have two teenagers and the second bedroom only had one queen bed, the staff offered us a roll- away bed during check-in which my son found very comfortable and which also made the stay very enjoyable for our kids. The staff very very friendly and helpful through the stay. Overall i was very happy with the accommodations and would definitely choose Fraser suites again.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Excellent location. Our stay included a full buffet breakfast which offered a full range of options both hot and cold. Fresh towels are supplied daily and upon request. Rooms are serviced daily by friendly staff. Highly recommend this property for families.
