Fantastic property! We had the best time with our 14 week old. Wonderful amenities. Great location. And the view is to die for! We saw some stunning sunrises and sunsets.

Heater did not work in our room. We were moved to another room. Access to the second bedroom was very limited as a bed was blocking the door preventing the door from opening. Shower door did not shut properly so there was water leaking on the bathroom floor which was unsafe. We would also suggest bringing your own pillows along as after the first night, we had to go and purchase a pillow for our second night stay.

No WiFi, no external windows for bedrooms or bathroom. Unfortunately the property wasn't ready when we checked in. These things happen I guess, but it delayed check-in, and we had to amuse ourselves elsewhere as we didn't know how long it would take for the cleaning service to turn up. The listing could possibly have been more up-front about the windows - this felt unusual not to have windows in bedrooms or bathroom. Once cleaned the apartment was ok - close to everything, Coles just behind. WiFi would have been a nice touch given it was $300 per night for 3 people out of peak season.

The closeness to the waterfront and restaurants/shops was great. You could hardly get into the 2nd bedroom as they have jammed a single bed and queen bed in one room. Door only half opens as hits the bed. Lights for kitchen and 2nd bedroom are all in one with only a switch in bedroom for the whole lot. Couldn't close the bathroom door properly as screws kept falling out of the hook that has been installed due to door handle not working. Needed to wait 40 mins for someone to come and give us a remote control to let us into the property as it was not left with our keys.

Weekend stay
An austere apartment with no warm welcoming features or accessories at all!!! Not cleaned well with any attention to detail like the out side of toilet bowl stains and for a sea view apartment, the windows were so grossly dirty, you couldn't see the sea, other than thru a seriously grubby window. So disappointing when others in the same block are way cleaner, more inviting and set up to be warm and inviting. Have stayed in several in the block but WON"T be booking this one again. No comparison to the vibe, warmth and amenities other rentals in the block offer.

The apartment was very clean and with great amenities, however the windows were very dirty which spoiled the beach view somewhat. It was close to supermarket for supplies and walking distance to shops/restaurants. Only issues were that when the wind was blowing there was a loud squealing noise through gaps in front door and the time delay on the exhaust fan system for the bathroom/ toilets ran for so long after turning light off it was very annoying when trying to get back to sleep. Used bathroom in the dark second night to avoid turning fans on !!

Well located modern apartment in Torquay
Whilst the property was well located, we experienced high winds and rainfall for two of the three days, which put a dampener on our stay. Having said that, we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops in between showers. Underground secure parking was a bonus, as was the security system to enter and exit the premises. The one bedroom apartment was quite spacious and the view of the ocean from the balcony was excellent. Can't think of any faults other than we couldn't get AFL on the television.

It was a nice place and loved everything. My hubby is clostrophobic and didn't like the lift. He suggested mirrors to make the lift look bigger. Otherwise we loved it. Thank you

Great location and well appointed
This unit is in a grest location, has great views and it is well appointed. There were several minor maintenance issues when we stayed (blinds that didn't work, beds with loose safety rails, loose door handes, etc) and some cleanliness issues (balcony had not been swept in some time, crumbs in draws, etc) Overall if the maintenance and cleaning issues were addressed it would score 5/5.

Top stay at Torquay!
Booked at fairly last minute for 3 nights. Delighted with spacious room with great full kitchen for quite a reasonable rate. Good location close to shops and beaches. Would definitely stay again.

Memorable and pleasant experience
We had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious for a family of 5 and very central, nearby to shops and restaurants. It is also fully equipped with cooking and laundry facilities. It would be better if it has WIFI.

Well appointed apartment close to everything
We were pleased with the proximity of the apartment to everything we needed. Lovely to be able to walk to the beach and shops. Although bathrooms and kitchen were very clean the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not as expected.

Great location, close to everything
The apartment needs to replace and upgrade the blinds in both the bedroom and the living area. It's not acceptable to pay $200 a night and be woken up by direct sunlight in to the room. It also needs a professional clean and the walls need painting.

Not worth it
Stayed for two nights in apartment 101. The apartment is ok but rather cramped and definitely not worth the money. Unfortunately for the 2 nights we were there we had to put up with the drunk next door neighbour playing music til all hours of the night and swearing on the balcony to himself. Made my wife and kids scared and we didn't feel comfortable. We stay in the area often but will be giving this one a miss in future.

Nice apartment with a view
The apartment itself was great. Lovely beach views, close to shops, walking distance from everything. Cons- they need to do a big clean. Spider webs with dead flies in the bedroom corners, all the dishes were dirty as I assume they rely on previous guests to do the washing up. The staff there really don't know what's going on. I replied to an email I received earlier in the week with my licence, credit card and a signed copy of their terms and conditions. I was needing to organise a late check in so this was the way they do it. No response 3 days later so I emailed them again. I got 2 texts from them asking me what time I expected to arrive (I already included this in my email) I then called them and the lady told me to send another email with the same info I already sent days ago. This time I had to send it to a different email address so I don't know if my previous email was secure or not. The lady said she would reply to my email with after hours access info. A day later, still no email but I got some more texts asking me to once again clarify info. I got a call on the day I was due to arrive to send my credit details for check in. Once again, I had to email this. I got no reply. 4 emails, 4 texts and 2 phone calls later I was pretty over it. It sounds like here are multiple people looking after the same booking with no communication between them. For that reason alone I probably won't book here again.

Good location, average service, fairly clean
Well appointed rooms, comfy beds, lovely view, close to everything - really brilliant location and interesting looking building. Lots of little things could be improved - maintenance is lacking, blinds not working properly, shower door did not close, cobwebs on skirting boards, veranda, ceiling cornices. Fridge leaking, basin not draining properly, no hand towels, some upstairs units have an air-conditioner right above them, made a lot of noise from 9-5 with staff aware of it but unwilling to do anything about it. No through ventilation so bedrooms were hot and stuffy even with air conditioner running. Worth a stay but not worth top dollar so not really great value for money. NO WIFI, they mention a gym on the premises but don't tell you that you have to pay to use it.
