The property has a grest view over the lake from tbe common area/dinning room the room was expensive snd is easily big enough for 2 prople but with 3 fold down bunks the room woukd be crowded The drinks were were expensive, the dinner foid was just ok. The buffet breakfast wss goof

Our stay was for 2 adults and 4 kids and we absolutely loved it. The room was modern, clean and warm with new decor and excellent heating. The upstairs lounge/bar/dining with fire place and board games was a great spot to relax after a day on the slopes. We had a variety of main meals off the dinner menu with the Pork Knuckle being better than ones Ive had at the German Club in Brisbane. Food = 10/10. Great selection of alcohol in the bar. The view over Lake Jindabyne is absolutely 5 stars.

Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast in a lovely spot overlooking the water. Game room and library were a nice touch. Will certainly be back.

Good view to see the lake, close to shopping centre. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Manager Joon gave us some good advise for sight seeing.

Staff and management were not hospitable at ..... we booked for 2 adults and 3 children each aged 9 .... when we arrived they demanded we paid for the children we said we booked and paid for the children via Expedia and they insinuated that we didn’t and I sunsets we had lied .... they then said we need to speak to Expedia because you made the error ...

My Stay at the Panorama was amazing, the service was second to none and the breakfast and dinners were delicious I will be returning to the Panorama every snow season. Upstairs was the perfect place to relax after a busy day on the slopes

I absolutely hated this hotel. I work for an airline and I’ve never hated a hotel like this before. The husband and wife that run this hotel are so rude. We got a lecture at check in about check in being 3pm. We got there at 2pm and we’re not at all worried about not being able to check in yet and would head up the mountain instead. But the full blown lecture out of no where? From there, noisiest hotel. So much banging during the day and at night. From there, unable to store my daughter ice cream cake in their freezer for her birthday as they didn’t have enough room. from there unable to get late check out as they are to busy.. from there they couldn’t clean our room by 2pm as they were busy. I said that was ok but I needed the room cleaned after 4pm if they couldn’t clean it by 2pm so I could get my 1year to sleep. They said that was ok. At 3pm the cleaner banged on the door and walked straight in waking him up. I then left the room straight away, I returned a few hours later and my room still wasn’t cleaned. The owners didn’t care. There are rules everywhere in this hotel- no wasting food, no food allowed in common area, shoes on, no kids allowed anywhere lol. Omg!! The shower nearly burnt our kids!! It goes from freezing cold to boiling hot. I walked my soapy baby into the foyer telling him we couldn’t get the water cool enough to wash the soap off. My husband wanting the leave the hotel then and there!!The worst. Beds so hard!! And dinner poor. Terrible hotel

Arrived late. So key was left for me in an envelope. All good there. Our vanity in the bathroom was cracked. Other than than that the room was in great condition Sensational views of Lake Jindabyne in the eating area. Would recommend this hotel

First thing this hotel is great is the fantastic location its at. From their restaurant and from some of the room you get an amazing view of the lake. There are plenty of restaurant which are nearby from this hotel. If I ever go back, definitely going back to this hotel.

Good but not great. Rooms seem to have zero soundproofing, and the shower had plumbing issues. Furnishings and linens were nice, and the owner/Manager was lovely to deal with.

Hard to answer as we were advised by Panorama Jindabyne on our arrival that the booking had been cancelled, with Expedia notified. We were able to get accommodation with Rydges Jindabyne.

The bed consisted of two singles pushed together. A little awkward. Kept falling down the gap. The power outlet was 4metres from the kettle. Odd. Take care not to spill boiling water.

Lovely 2 night stay at the Panorama Hotel. The hotel was nice, the buffet breakfast was very welcome and the hosts were very nice also. The view from the balcony in the lounge area is also great, perfect for a morning tea or an evening drink.

Amazing views of the lake from the hotel restaurant balcony. Friendly staff, good breakfast (surprised there was congee for one of the days yumyum). Bike and canoes available to use. Clean room, comfortable bed and clean linen. Would return.

Nice and clean hotel with a great view. Close the city town center and you get a discount on skiing gear if you present the card given by reception on at a specific store.
