“This little hotel is a gem. Clean, quiet, nice rooms with a/c, tv, free Netflix, free wifi and super friendly staff. The hotel is located near the Ciudad Colonial and at walking distance from Malecón de Santo Domingo. There are plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. Large, modern shopping centers are a short Uber ride away. If you are driving there is ample street parking. Conveniently two “colmados” are just a few meters away. They offer drinks and food items. I highly recommend...

“This property is in a great location for the historic colonial area of Santo Domingo. We had a rental car and had no problem finding parking the 3 days for our visit. The hotel is right on the pedestrian walkway. The room was great and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great too every morning.”

“Excellent value for your money! The place is well located, clean and interesting. It doesn’t have amenities (like bottles of water) but the staff was helpful in telling where you could go buy things. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.”

“This was our third time staying at this property, the prior two times having been good experiences. We adore the staff there, especially three attendants that have worked at the property for decades now. The ownership group seems to be having problems upkeeping the property or just doesn’t have the money to do so. We had several days with no hot water, to the point that our room was changed three times. One of the rooms had a terrible mold smell. On another of the days, water to toilets were...

“La limpieza excelente. Siempre se mantiene todo limpio. El personal muy bueno siempre ayudan en todo lo que esté a su alcance . La ubicación excelente todo queda bien cerca el parque Colón 200 pies . El súper a unos 5 minutos los museos todo y lo mejor las noches con sus luces y restaurantes . Lo recomiendo al 100 es como la 5 vez que voy y esta fui por 15 días lo mejor”
