“They didn’t have our reservation from Expedia to start with. The girl was helpful to remedy the situation. Very run down hotel. Couldn’t use the door closest to our room because the glass was broken. The door was ajar when we got there making us wonder if someone else had the same room. The pool and hot tub were closed. Breakfast area was tiny and limited options. The tiny ice machine was out of ice. This place was very antiquated and needs a major overhaul.”
