"Great hotel for visiting customer in Diss. Leisure facilities were very run down/unavailable. However, I had a very friendly check-in, a wonderful room, and the absolute difference was Lee in the bar. He was super attentive, busy, personable (we could have talked for hours about cars) and went the extra mile to look after me. He's a credit to your hotel!"

"The Annesley is a favourite for us in Norwich. This time we stayed in the coach house. Clean, quuiet, great bed, large shower. Modern upgrade to the property"

"Arrived relatively later on in the day, and reception was closed, but it was not an issue as I picked up my key from the security office, which is not far from the hotel at all, and they were very helpful and quick to give me the room key and swipe card for the building. Parking was also very easy as you just park in the main UEA car park then use the terminal next to the lift to validate your registration for free parking. Room was immaculate and had great amenities, full tea and coffee station, large TV, lots of storage space, good size fridge, and the beds were very comfortable. Only downside was the shower temperature was quite difficult to get, as the handle was very sensitive, so you had to carefully adjust the handle otherwise it would be really cold or really hot. Other than that everything was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful, and checked us out very quickly on the departure day."
