Loved the Spa, swimming pool and Gym. Service on the Mezzanine bar was very good all week. The building also felt very safe during the earthquakes even on the 23rd floor.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. It is near train station, close to a big shopping mall called Big city. First, it is safe, as the rooms are on high floors and check-in desk is on the 12th floor. Second, the room has good facilities. I like the big desk in particular.

Been to this hotel 15years ago, surprise to see it is very well maintained and with more upgrade to go with technology trend & green initiatives Comfortable bed. A bit far from HSR station.

One of the nice hotel in Hsinchu. I used to stay here many times. But, dirty water from shower, tap and lavatory in the morning one day. Asked front desk what is wrong but they did not explain the situation. No clue when I can take a shower and they said go to gym to take a shower. Had to wait for an hour to get clean water finally. I feel very bad since they did not informed the situations to the guest. I will not stay this hotel as long as no room available in other hotel later. Recommend Fleuris. Cheaper and good service.
