"Room spotless, excellent shuttle service "

"Great location, beautiful view from the 29th floor. The room was comfortable however it’s the end of March and the room was very warm. It was actually 25°C in the room. The air conditioner does not come on. I went to the front desk and was informed that they cannot turn the air conditioner on until April. So it was really hot in the room and difficult to sleep with so much heat. I asked for a fan and they said they didn’t have any. Instead, they brought up a big bowl of ice and said I could chew on the ice to try to cool down. Ha ha ha."

"Breakfast was so delicious and has a variety of options, western, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Japanese etc. Staff were very helpful and warm. Would definitely stay here whenever I fly to Beijing again. "

"Our stay at Mutianyu Great Wall Wangshanyuan Homestay was one of the highlights of our trip. The family who runs the homestay is incredibly friendly and welcoming — they truly treat you like family. The food was fantastic, especially the homemade dumplings and snacks, which were some of the best we had in China. They were also very helpful in planning our trip, offering great itinerary recommendations to make sure we made the most of our visit. They even arranged transportation to the Forbidden City and our airport transfer at a very reasonable price, and the car was very comfortable. The location is amazing — right next to the Mutianyu Great Wall. Our room even had Great Wall stones built into the walls, which made the experience feel even more unique and memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you want a warm, authentic experience near the Great Wall."

Staff went out of their way making sure everything was perfect from booking a driver to ensuring our next hotel had our information to book tourist events. "This was a beautiful homestay! The owner was lovely and very helpful explaining everything to us, good basic english aswell. The room was lovely and clean and it was only a 7 minute walk to the great wall! Highly recommend "
