No check in staff. Thankfully one of the workman contacted someone because they were on a 3 hour lunchbreak. Shower did not drain.We had no towels in our room. Room is comfortable and slept well. So that has upped the rating.

The reception person was just there at check-in at 6pm, then reception was closed when we left at 9am. Contacted the phone for reception many times but go tesponse.
