"Hotel seems quite new. Room is fairly spacious and beds are comfortable. Shower has good pressure and consistent temperature. Breakfast (vegetarian) spread is very good and tasty. Hotel has own car park sites just behind the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great - walking distance to night market and several famous eateries. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Hualien"

"We were staying here during the April 3rd earthquake (7.5). The staff jumped into action to keep safe and care for all guests. We want to commend the hotel for their response in a disaster. Additionally, the hotel was nice, with good amenities. We were not too far from the main area of town. We would love to go back and stay again."

"My room was in another building. They just leave a small note at the main door which need us to check in at another bigger building which is 350 meters away. Fortunately my driver help me to make a call, then the boss come and passed the key to us. Otherwise, we need to drag my 2 big luggage bags all the way there for check in. And the toilet was stuck after we used it. But they repaired it immediately after we complaint."

"優點：早餐媽媽煮得好好吃啊，肉燥不管配白飯、配粥都好下飯。飯店床頭沒有插座，手機沒辦法充電，熱水夠熱，地點很方便，飯店外面全部是車格非常方便停車，早餐免費。 缺點：床太硬太硬了，枕頭套都需要全部翻新才是，不要再重複清洗了。"
