“시설이 깨끗하고 조식도 다른 곳에 비해 만족스러웠으며, 직원이 친절하고 좋았음.”

“Large, sprawling property with good amenities for wheelchair customers but with long corridors that may be challenging for guests who have other walking aids or breathing difficulties. Excellent breakfast with a good range of hot and cold items and some healthy options. Warm and friendly greeting from staff on arrival. Large car park that empties out overnight but VERY busy on a Sunday morning (extremely difficult to find a vacant space). Easy to pay for parking using a machine in the lobby...

“7일동안 지내며 불편한 점 하나 없이 지냈어요. 깨끗하고 편안하고 조용하고 기차역이랑도 10분 거리에요.”

“No problems with anything”

“Outstanding hotel. A real surprise and gem. Fabulous staff.”

“Good location, but some things could be improved We stayed at the hotel and overall had a mixed experience. The location is very good—it’s not far from the city centre and also not far from the train station, which was very convenient. The first room we were given had a double bed, which was fine as I was staying with my daughter. However, the shared shower was not working properly and there was no hot water. Thankfully, Joan was very helpful when we contacted her and arranged for us to move...

“Was convenient. The breakfast was not so great but I like the hotel”

“Only a one night stay, lovely place and very helpful, polite staff who seemed like nothing was too much trouble. Excellent”

“The young woman checking us in was not very welcoming, and when waiting for a drink while the other bar staff was busy away from the bar, she was stood at the computer and acted like we was a inconvenience when we asked for a drink. All the other staff was lovely.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right in the centre and so convenient for getting around. The apartment was lovely and clean, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning — the fan in the bedroom was a little noisy, and the window didn’t block out all the light in the morning. But these were minor things, and overall we had a really lovely stay. We’d happily stay here again!”

“Do not stay here. Very dirty & lots of spiders”

“The room was clean and the staff was very helpful especially Barbaea.”

“Great for one night stay on way north to Glasgow.”
