"Access to our room was difficult. There was a paved path from the parking lot to exterior wooden steps up to the outside door. It took several tries to get the keycard reader to work. Once inside, there was another flight of stairs to get to our floor. When we got to our room, the card key did not work. I hiked all the way back to the lobby with the card keys and told the young woman at the desk they were'nt working. After several minutes she gave me two keys which did work. But there was NO apology or sympathy of any kind for the inconvenience. The room was fine,clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spotless with modern fixtures. "

"Just love it all, love staying in the king balcony suite. Bar staff and outside seating area are fabulous especially with the now warmer weather. I will be back."

"This place was horrible! I don't suggest you stay here! It's dirty and the furniture was broken up and the cleaning lady waits outside for you to leave your room. You can't even get past the door! The floor was nasty! Never again! "

"hotel was clean , the only thing is the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors whether they are beside you or across from you. I did wish I was able to have a safe keeping from the hotel but they could not offer anything (I always get something small to add it to my collection) Other than that i recommend this hotel for anyone ! "
