Much nicer and cleaner than the Marriott Hotel located at Dulles Airport in Virginia. The hairdryer was present and working the hotel was clean and staff was helpful

The first night we arrived they a/c was off and the temperature on the room was close to 30 degrees (Centigrades) so we could not sleep at all; the next day after I spoke for a while to the people on the reception we were able to solve but it was a terrible first night

Es la tercera vez que voy al hotel y hasta entonces no había encontrado problemas salvo en mi última estancia. Al llegar a la habitación me encuentro 2 avispas gigantes revoloteando por la cama, más 6 mosquitos los cuales consigo quitar de en medio. Una vez ya con los picores en el cuerpo me dispongo a buscar posibles bichos para no tener problemas durante la noche, con la mala suerte de encontrarme en las cortinas como una especie de nido de barro donde en su interior podría caber 1-2 avispas. Una vez ya me quedo tranquilo y me dispongo a dormir me despierto 3 veces por la noche con picaduras de mosquitos… los cuales consigo alcanzar. Observando el techo me encuentro zapatillazos de anteriores huéspedes, así que supongo que será un problema común, pero la verdad que la experiencia ha sido mala. Servicio y atención del personal ha sido muy bueno. No sé si volveré, supongo que le daré otra oportunidad al hotel, pero espero no tener más problemas de bichos.
