“Resident met our needs as we were traveling to MD Anderson. The host was excellent and was very accessible. We were in the third floor. There are no elevators and that was a bit challenging for us. However, we will most definitely want to return to Reside for our next MDA visit.”

“This 3-story house is spacious, modern and comfortable, perfect for my coworkers and me. The 3 bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom. There’s a roof top deck, AC, and a big kitchen island. It was perfect for our team conference. It’s just outside the downtown so it’s easy access to the city. The owner was responsible to messages. ”

“This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. “Glitches in communication sent me to an incorrect apt complex, was redirected to a different part of the city, turned out much better than the incorrect one, very nice, cleanliness not on par with concierge living, overall, very comfortable. Need instructions in the apartment for better communication. Had to wing it on a couple of things...”

“This rental was beautiful very clean and spacious. The location is very convenient if you are visiting the downtown area and for local shopping. The host was prompt with communicating when needed. It is a three story rental so the only issue was how tiring the stairs could be since the elevator was not available to use. I would definitely recommend and book with this host and rental property again. ”
