"The hotel is very unique and lovely. The room was large and we loved the balcony , really beautiful view of the castle. The bed was comfy with really big pillows, which appear to be normal in Germany. Location is ideal and the staff helped us with our parking , as there was a wine festival on, which shut off some parking.
Breakfast was first class with lots of variety and the staff looked after us really well."
"Our stay was excellent with breakfast being the highlight. Our room had a view of the castle and the patio view of the Mosel was beautiful. The only negative was the summer heat being unbearable without A/C, although a fan helped somewhat. Would return during cooler months. Wein Garten next door was excellent."
"Overall a very nice stay. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night which we appreciated. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff were friendly. Decor was nice. Very conveniently located to train station and to the town highlights.
They are strict about not getting your room before check-in at 3 pm which can be inconvenient depending on arrival schedules. There is no mini-fridge in the room nor a safe.
We would definitely stay here again."
