Cumberland Motor Inn

"We had a great 2 night stay at Cumberland Motel. It is an old Motel which is in the throws of updating the rooms. We stayed in a double duluxe room and it was renovated, it was very clean and comfortable. The beds are new with a firm mattress. The new Manger was very pleasant and accommodating ."

"Room was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet. The hotel next door looked very nice but unfortunately was booked out for dinner. Next time we will book to avoid a drive."

"Lovely bed, very comfortable. Firmish, but like it that way. Spare pillows in the cupboard. Table and lounge type chairs provided. Older motel but kept well. Quiet"

"Elegant room. Jetted spa bath leaked but didn’t impact our stay. Bed mattress was a bit soft for my liking but I’m sure others like it, just wasn’t very supportive. TV offered stream play from photo to tv, however was extremely laggy and unwatchable when we tried. Staff were lovely and grounds were picturesque."

Hunter Valley Resort

"An aging property that leans on its Brewery and Restsurant. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was nothing more than a cabin. Animals were there but hardly a farm. Plenty to do during day around the property-just got to book it all in. Staff were very helpful with everything we asked."
