"From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our stay at Steigenberger Aldau was exceptional. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, making our anniversary truly unforgettable. We stayed in the Elite Room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and maintained to the highest standard throughout our stay. The customer service was outstanding. When we mentioned our room didn’t have a full-length mirror, the staff quickly sourced one for us. It was a small gesture that perfectly reflected their dedication to guest satisfaction. A special thank you to Khaled Beshay and the team for the beautiful anniversary surprise of a decorated room and delicious cake. The resort is perfectly located, with excursions and the nearby shopping mall just a short journey away. The spa was immaculate, with robes, slippers, towels, and separate men’s and women’s sauna and steam rooms. The food was outstanding, offering plenty of variety each day. From the buffet to the beach restaurants and à la carte dining, every meal was fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality. What truly makes this resort special is its staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last. A true five-star experience that we highly recommend."
