"I would 100% recommend Heritage Hotel Dea in Hvar! It was a beautiful ancient building that was modernly updated and stylishly decorated with beautiful flooring, tiles and quality linens. The breakfast was amazing. The breakfast courtyard was adorable. The staff was accommodating and friendly as we started our day there. The quality of the food was outstanding for a free breakfast l. It was a very enjoyable part of the day.

"Overall great experience! Very welcoming and helpful family-run business, fantastic location, and comfortable accommodations. We were able to book our boat tours through them, they took care of everything for us, and it ended up being a great experience! Good breakfasts in the morning too!"

"The apartment was very nice and had everything for your essentials. The host is quick to respond and helpful with check in. Although the apartment is at the top of the hill, once you walk it once it does get easier! There was also ice cold water waiting in the fridge… It also means there are great views and nice and quiet in the evening. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, and if I return will definitely stay here again."

"This place is beyond worth the hike. Such an incredible view from the balcony! Room was small but clean and comfortable. A/C worked great which is crucial when visiting end of July. The owners were a pleasure to work with, so kind and helpful! Loads of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Highly recommend to anyone interested in staying in Hvar."

"We had a great stay. Beautiful modern clean room. Walking distance to some restaurants. Theres a grocery just downstairs which is very convenient and they sell fresh baked bread in the morning."

"DO NOT rent this property, we were there for 15 minutes and left and rented another property. It is not as represented. The AC did not work, there is no washing machine and there is no patio. It is 37 steps up to the apt, and the light in the stairwell turns off half way up, the stairwell is dark and dingy. The beds are old and rickety with old linens. The property manager does not care and won’t issue a refund. The location is fabulous, but not worth the discomfort."
