하이데라바드 북서쪽 하이테크 시티 지역내 가치보울리 체육시설 인근에 자리잡고 있는 호텔이다. 공항에서는 고속도로를 거쳐 오기때문에 접근성이 매우 좋은 호텔이다. 숙소나 음식이 대체로 훌륭했다. 다만, 수영장 이용시 숙소에서 수건을 가져와야 하는 점은 개선이 필요하지 않나 생각된다.

가격대비 아주 만족스러워요
아이들과 이틀간 머물렀는데요 가격대비 방도 크고 거실도 넓고 주방처럼 씽크대와 전자렌지가 있어 편리했습니다.직원들도 친절하고 실내수영장과 짐이 있어 시설면에서고 좋습니다. 한사지 아쉬운점은 음식. 저녁에 룸서비스로 음식을 시켰는데 가격은 저렴하나 전체적을 짜고 별였습니다. 그래도 기회가 된다면 다시 머물고싶은 호텔입니다.

Ellaa Hotel was so nice, especially silent, clean and comfortable. Staffs were also very kind. But I hope I could have new menu evey moring even a single menu item.

Lovely reception staff, very roomy comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom and exceptionally comfortable bed with lovely bed linen.

Not the experience we were expecting.
The hotel is located close to the city and is in a quiet neighborhood. The room didn't had toiletries and towels. Had to call the reception multiple times. There was also a power cut at the hotel for a night which ruined our stay at the hotel.

No Value for money - Service & location not good.
Service is very bad. Had to call many times and then also they forget to get towels as they dont keep it in the bathroom. No bathroom mat inside the bathroom. Even location is aloof. Outside food not allowed. No Value for money.

The furniture in the room was mediocre. I had damaged chairs and table in the room. Food is below average for 4* hotel. Biggest joke - they don't have scanner or cannot print from hardcopy. Front desk people are joke. Their bar is mediocre Never going back

I couldn't believe how quiet and serene it was, the place is in one of the most busiest of location. Has a nice resort like atmosphere in the middle of the city. The quality of the beds, furniture and the bathroom amenities need a lot of improvements.

Cleanliness was an issue, the sofas were full of stains. It had just one towel, just one towel. The places interior is very outdated. Power outlets don’t work, I had to try all of them to figure out where to charge my phone. The place is begging to be maintained a lot better. Disappointing stay.

The place is not at all clean. There is no one to take care at the reception while ur checking. They are not treating the customers well. This the worst service I ever had in Hyderabad. The rest rooms are really dirty. AC is not working and when we raise a complaint no one to take care of the complaint.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY in booking this hotel. It’s my sincere advise. Don’t get deceived by the pics.

I cannot believe the high ratings for this stinking joke of a hotel. I've unfortunately had to spend about 2 months in this hotel and I wouldn't know where to start listing everything that's wrong about it. Here's the summary: • Swarm of dead red ants everyday on the floor in my room. They kept destroying the wires behind the switchboards too, so the switches wouldn’t work and I had to keep calling people to fix it. • Roaches in the bathroom and closets • Disgusting sewage drainpipe smell every time you turn on the shower. Bathroom stinks. • Mold inside the mini refrigerator • Most of the electric outlets do not work and are of different shapes and sizes where even Indian plugs/adapters don’t fit. • Furniture is dusty, dirty, and dated. • Dusty vents in the elevators, makes allergies worse for sensitive people • Mosquitoes in all the restaurants inside the hotel, and also inside the hotel room. • Power goes out often. • A lot of staff members do not seem to shower. They reek. • Inconvenient location. There are no stores or within walkable distance. They do not allow food delivery, so need to catch Uber to get food from outside every time. Hotel food options are limited, of poor quality, and ridiculously expensive. • They do not refund cancelled stays at all if you pay in advance. One of my friends had to leave 3 weeks earlier due to a medical emergency and they did not refund any of it. I understand charging a day's worth as cancellation fee but this is pure robbery

Wonderful staff. Great service. Will definitely stay again. Room was large and clean. Refrigerator was missing and no mini bar items in room but breakfast was very good. Very happy with this hotel and will stay there again.

Hotels need maintenance..
Need to improve a lot. In our room refrigerator , lights were not working. called around 20 times just to get basic things like extra bed, blanket, Tea coffee/ cup etc. housekeeping is not good! even lights in bed room n hall was not checked till checkout. same for refridgerator. overall just okay! During Checkout reception personal trying to charge for extra bed which he don't provide us despite of multiple calls. overall just okay experience..

Great breakfast!
The complimentary breakfast has a great spread, and is incredibly delicious. Whoever the breakfast chef is, he deserves a pay raise! The ala carte items on lunch and dinner menu were also good and reasonably priced. Our room was clean, reasonably stocked, and well-furnished. Overall, our stay at the Ellaa hotel was comfortable and uneventful. Howerver: 1. Housekeeping did a terrible job. They took the soiled towels, but didn't replace them. Neither did they replace the used shower gel and shampoo. 2. Minibar pricing needs to be transparent. The menu in the room shows soft drinks as being sold at MRP, but the actual price is twice. 3. The A/C vents in the room need to be cleaned to get rid of the foul smell.
