Neat and tidy hotel at a very convenient location. Special shoutout to Rani for accommodating our requests and making our stay comfortable. Except for a couple of staff everyone was quite responsive. Have reduced a Star because one of the staff charged me for an extra bottle of water.

Hotel room is good Location is also good but food quality is very poor. Staff are also not friendly and they don’t bother anything. No connection with guests. Not value for money 👎

The property is clean and the room that we selected was spacious. Slow internet connectivity and limited cable channels or other in room entertainment. The staff do not respond soon and there was a electricity outrage at midnight for 20 min. The breakfast was very limited and taste was average even for South Indian food. Recommended Punjagutta area instead.
