Business travel for two days

I had a business day for two days and understand that Minerva grand has few other properties in Hyderabad and Hyderabad and had a good day. The breakfast was good. The service was good, but overall the hotel needs maintenance and some infrastructure changes as the properties old.

I always prefer to stay at this hotel while in Hyderabad due to its location, size of rooms and fast Wifi. Staffs are very helpful. Special mention of Murali who is always there to help and greet with a smile. Food is also very good along with a prompt room service. Rooms are a bit old and probably needs some renovation as it is housed in an old building

Stayed for 7 nights. Good things are nice big clean rooms and bathrooms, functional air conditioning, efficient staff including room service, good location, decent upkeep of the building and surrounds, very nice restaurants. Not so good things are rooms have no views as windows are blinded, a gym with equipment that doesnt work, key card that doesn't work reliably (they had to shift my room after 4 nights due to lock failure), lifts that can fail anytime. I might book again as the "goods" are better than the not so goods and i know what to expect.

The restaurants on site are good. The accommodation is not so good. We had to move rooms three times, once as the door would not lock, the second was the room thermostat did not work, and the third was the AC did not work (even though it was repaired once when we were in the room). We left once we were asked to change rooms again. We were not refunded for the two days we did not stay.

The service was moderate but there was a kind of damp smell in the hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend it for the price we pay. The hotel needs to pay special attention to smell, flies and mosquitoes in room.

We had no internet in the rooms the time we were there. The rooms need to be painted and new beds and sofas added as they were dirty. Shower grim was horrible.would not stay here again- lobby was clean and food good from both restaurants. These areas were clean and up to date/ they need to do this for the rest of the hotel

Stayed at Minerva Grand recently and honestly, it’s total value for money. The location is super central, making it very easy to go anywhere in the city. The best part is definitely the staff very courteous and well trained. They are always attentive and genuinely try to help you out with a smile. It’s rare to see such a "customer first" attitude in the true sense these days! Also, the food was quite good, with great taste and variety. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Centrally located and immediate access to important places. However, the hotel itself has very poor cross ventilation. There are no windows from the room outside, so the air inside the room and bathroom is stale and dirty. Especially, during the corona times, it is necessary to have rooms that open out into the natural setting.
