We stayed one night. The room was spotless clean and the food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great position, overlooking the sea. With close proximity to Hyeres airport. We would definitely stay again.

We chose this hotel primarily because of its convenient location close to the airport. On arrival, the check-in staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made for a positive first impression. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing. The only dinner option available was a buffet, which appeared unappetising and lacked freshness. The restaurant itself felt more like a school canteen than a hotel dining venue, while the bar was located three floors away, making the overall layout rather inconvenient. We had booked two Privilege Rooms, but both were showing significant signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness was also a concern, as we found hairs in the bedding that appeared to have been left by previous guests. The towels were heavily worn and looked as though they had been through countless wash cycles. In addition, the air conditioning units in both rooms were extremely noisy and ineffective, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was served in the same third-floor dining area, and unfortunately the experience mirrored our disappointment from the previous evening’s dinner. Overall, while the staff were excellent, the condition of the rooms and the dining facilities fell well below expectations. We were very disappointed with our stay and would not choose to return.

The location on a pond was very nice. The beds were quite comfortable. It was pretty noisy, on the one hand because of the busy street beyond the pond; on the other hand due to a communicating door to the neighbour's room, which despite the double door made the room badly soundproofed. One could hear the conversation of the neighbours.

The hotel was in a great area, was quite and had little shows everyday which was quite nice. The sea water on the hotel side was very nice and the equipments kept us busy, like water bikes, small boats etc. The only thing that i would suggest they need to clean the hall ways and the rooms ceiling which had spider webs and insects. The breakfast was poor there was not much options it should be more items like cheese, olives etc. Overall we had a grear time.

We used the hotel as a base to explore Hyeres so we didn’t participate in the activities offered. I did use the sauna which was clean. A suggestion would be to add some herbs or herbal oil to the steam to offer a more pleasant and beneficial experience. I also used the swimming pool. Another suggestion, please heat the pool. Given that most of the clientele seemed to be over 60 years old, a heated pool would have been more welcoming. The only negative for me was the food. It was abundant both at the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet but the quality of some of the basics could be much better: the orange juice came from an Andreos machine but it didn’t taste as nice as the juice we had from a smaller hotel with the same machine. The baguettes weren’t so great. Coffee was OK. In the room, it would have been nice to have had fresh paper cups in the bathroom every day or at least when it was obvious that they had been used and thrown out.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful Absolutely loved my evening buffet, the food was so good and tasty (didnt try the breakfast as a bit pricey at €15) The room was very nice although it did have a smell of dog and some parts in the bathroom need some TLC but the bed was comfortable and pretty quiet The best for the end…. The lake, the beach, the sunbeds, paddles, kayak as well as the indoor pool and the sauna (And of course a beach across the road) I defo will come back

Everything was perfect! The location, the customers, the staff, the day to day ambiance and activities, absolutely brilliant! We never tried a family holiday residence before but we were so happy, we extended our stay!! We LOVED IT! And we now want to spend a week again next summer! Merci Plein Sud!

La situation en bord de mer et la chambre sont très bien l'ensemble du personnel est agréable si ce n'est une personne ( chef de la réception selon son badge) à l'accueil qui pour un premier contact n'est pas très avenante et ne donne pas une première impression favorable. Heureusement la suite a été plutôt positive. Le parc est très bien entretenu et offre des points de repos agréable. L 'équipe d'animation est très dynamique. Par contre la plage de la lagune n'est clairement pas faite pour des nageurs confirmés mais plutôt pour se "tremper". Pour ma part j'ai préféré les plages qui sont à 3mn à pied de l'établissement. La restauration est très correcte et copieuse et le personnel de service très accueillant et efficace. Pour terminer, l'accès et le parking sont faciles et bien conçus. Bonne adresse dans l'ensemble

Passé un bon séjour en famille. Personnel agréables ,souriant et toujours disponible. Petit déjeuner et repas simple. Il y en a pour tous les goûts et très bon. La chambre très propre ménage fait tous les jours à la demande. Petit bémol, ils n'avaient pas nettoyer la terrasse ,c'était plein de sable et de cendre de cigarette et qu'ils sont resté tous le long de notre séjour. Dommage que les terrasses sont oubliés. Sinon une belle pour 3 personnes avec une belle vue sur la mer. Très dépaysant. Les jeux de plage et jeux en plein air sont a disposition. De bonnes animations le soir. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et bien reposer.

Le petit déjeuner correct , la piscine couverte très sympa. Les points forts de cet hôtel sont : le cardre magnifique , les activités nautiques : kayak , pédalo et Paddle à disposition + Mini golf , tennis . Les chambres petites mais propres.
