C’était top vraiment, on a passé In Sha Allah bon Moment et on reviendra. Accueil très chaleureux, espace aussi. L’accès à la plage idéal, il ne manque plus qu’à tester la piscine et l’espace petit dej fermés en cette période. À très bientôt

Außenanlagen sind noch nicht fertiggestellt. Der Ausblick ist überwiegend nicht besonders schön (Blick auf Parkplatz oder Bauruinen). Allerdings gab es einen direkten Strandzugang vom Hotel.

Wohnungen selbst sind für ein Vier-Sterne-Ferienresort annehmbar. Allerdings ist das komplette Gelände mit Autos zugeparkt. Bis auf die wenigen Appartments direkt zum Strand hin schaut man von seiner Terrasse grundsätzlich auf Autos. Uns wurde ein Familienappartment im EG zugewiesen. Ging gar nicht. Haben dann in Ermangelung von Alternativen für die nächste Kategorie nachgezahlt. Insgesamt für das was geboten wird zu teuer. Alles schon sehr darauf aus möglichst viel Geld aus der Anlage zu holen. Für den Preis und das angepriesene Niveau hätten wir uns gerne deutlich mehr Flair gewünscht.

Sehr schöner Unterkunft, leider ungepflegte Gartenterrain, schneller Zugang zum Meer mit einem wunderbaren Wasser und einem kleinen Strand. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Apartments sind perfekt ausgestattet. Es ist ruhig und sauber die Parkplätze sind sehr knapp .

Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort gut gefallen. Trotz des noch neuen Zustands des Objektes waren bspw. Die Duschen oder Wände dreckig (Fugen etc.) den Toilettendeckel musste ich bei beiden WCs selber festschrauben und der Duschkopf war bei einer Dusche defekt ( Schlauch hatte keine Dichtung mehr) Die Lage der Unterkunft war super , direkt am Strand. Ebenso war der Pool sauber und groß. In der Nähe gab es die ein oder andere Möglichkeit, einzukaufen oder essen zu gehen. Für das Apartment hätte ich mir jedoch mehr Müllsäcke gewünscht. So musste man tatsächlich alles selber kaufen. Alles in Allem war es jedoch eine gute Unterkunft, die wir nochmals buchen würden !

Localisation idéale pour visiter la presqu'île

L'établissement est très bien situé pour visiter la presqu'île de Giens et l'accès direct à la plage est très agréable. Le personnel nous a mis à disposition du matériel pour bébé sur simple demande, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Par contre, l'appartement n'était pas très propre lors de notre arrivée et les espaces verts ne sont pas du tout entretenus, c'est dommage.

Résidence neuve achevée en 2024 mais aucun espace vert n’est fait. Difficile parfois de trouver une place de parking alors on n’imagine pas en haute saison. Proximité de la plage ok mais celle-ci n’est pas très jolie il faut descendre plus bas pour trouver une eau très claire

Die Résidence ist noch etwas kahl und trostlos, dafür sehr ruhig. Die wenigsten Wohnungen haben einen Blick auf‘s Meer und auch keinen ins Grüne. Es ist schade, dass überall Autos parkiert sind. Ebenfalls hat mir gefehlt, dass kaum Spülmittel, keine Waschlappen, keine Kaffee-Kapsel und kaum WC Papier vorhanden sind. Es gibt nicht das notdürftigste in der Küche, man muss also alles zuerst besorgen. Wunderschön ist der Strand, den man in paar wenigen Schritten erreicht.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Der Zustand des neuen Anwesens ist einwandfrei, die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut und das Personal ist freundlich und professionell. Ein kleines Problem mit der Klimaanlage hat der freundliche Haustechniker mit großem Engagement sofort behoben. Für einen Badeurlaub ist diese Anlage eine ausgezeichnete Wahl!
