Amazing location . lots a green around, stunning view and surrounding. Rooms are lovely, bar and shared area are very unique with all the furniture in wood. we had an amazing stay and would definitely go back . Staff are super friendly

El personal era muy amable, pero preocupaba la privacidad de las habitaciones, ya que se oía claramente hablar a las habitaciones vecinas. No parecía estar tan masificado, por lo que sería mejor tener en cuenta la distribución de los huéspedes.

Vivencia personal: Me pareció muy frio el clima.

Me pareció muy frio el hotel de noche. Se podria evitar colocando vidrios en los arcos al lado de la piscina porque el choque térmico al salir del comedor, por ejemplo, es muy duro y uno se resfria. Hay que pensar en las personas de la tercera edad que son los clientes mas abundantes. Tambien me parece que está exagerado el cupo para convenciones empresariales, copan la capacidad del hotel y los turistas pailas. Organizar eso debe ser una prioridad. Dejar una zona del hotel para convenciones y la más grande para turismo. Porque es muy decepcionante que un empleado que cotiza y tiene derecho al hotel reciba como respuesta que no hay cupo por una celebración o reunión empresarial. Es injusto y no es el objetivo principal del turismo social. Hay que corregir esto urgentemente porque se está convirtiendo en turismo empresarial.
