The best place to stay

The staff is amazing. This is the best place we stayed in Ecuador. The front desk were extremely helpful with directions and things to do. This hotel and staff deserve way beyond excellent. We would recommend anyone and everyone to this place. The location is great too.

Everything you'll need plus helpful, friendly staf

I haven't stayed in the town of Otavalo before; usually I prefer out in the campo. This time though I was on a specific mission at the market and must have asked the front desk staff 1000 questions and each time they were amazing. I got good restaurant recommendations, a tip on where to go for alpaca, and a great massage they organized before my trip to Quito and flight home.

Das Hoottel ist zentral gelegen und bietet 3 Blocks entfernt einen gratis Parkplatz an. Zimmereinrichtung älter aber sauber. Der Safe ist eine festgeschraubte Geldkasette und Schlüssel ist nur gegen Kaution zu bekommen. Eine Fernbedienung gibt es nur auf Verlangen. Frühstück ok aber Extras sind kostenpflichtig.
