My wife and I spent 6 days at The Mongibello and it was lovely. It is a very well run, clean, convenient, well staffed hotel, we would definitely return.

Nice, but charging for teabags- seriously?!
The Mongibello is a bright and fresh new hotel, with friendly staff and a beautiful view from the sea view rooms, lobby, restaurants and pool area. It’s somewhere to go for an ultimate adults chill out holiday, while still maintaining some vibe with the flow of 1960’s music and live jazz around the pool (Thursday and Sunday sundowners). We had a terrace suite for 5 nights and it was worth the upgrade - I would get one of those or a standard suite, if you can. It’s right infront of the pool with a superb view, plus you can hear that lovely music flowing in when you have the doors open. The only thing I was shocked to learn is that they do not refill your coffee capsules of tea bags (there was just 4 capsules and one mint tea bag in the room - my partner and I had to share it!). If you want a refill it costs €5 a time - when paying over €400 a night for a suite, that seemed completely petty and unnecessary - especially since staying more nights is generally an economy of scale for the hotel. I have never known a hotel (luxury or budget) charge for such. Whoever made that decision needs to rethink it, as it knocks a star off!

A great experience
Top class. Big thank you to Nico & Mara for going above and beyond. A great addition to the hotel staff. Absolutely love the theme of the hotel. Just a beautiful spot. Check-in was fast and smooth. No issues at all. The room was nice with a partial sea view. Balcony could do with some re figuring as it was fairly crowded. But nice all the same. The vibe around the pool is magical. The soundtrack was perfect for the theme of the hotel. And makes a change from the typical ibiza pool vibes. Access to the beach which is nice for morning swims in the ocean. Everything was clean and tidy. The turn down service was quick and house keepers friendly. Lola’s is a very cool concept so make sure to check it out. We never waited longer than 10mins for a taxi at anytime of the day & night. The hotel itself is only a 10min walk to Santa Eulalia marina. Highly recommend if you want to stay away from Bossa & San An for a more relaxed atmosphere. Will defo stay again when we visit Ibiza.

I really like the staff! People are so kind and ready to accomadate every needs you may have. All the staff did the best to offer a great service, honestly difficult to find in a 4 stars property. The hotel was recently renewed, I think, also, the management is new. Due to this there are some small weakness to adjust but in general I really reccomend this hotel

El hotel ha sido reformado este año. es precioso estéticamente y super agradable. En la zona de Santa Eulalia que es mas tranquila. La experiencia en general ha sido muy positiva, solamente un poco de desorganización en la recepción por parte de los empleados, muchas esperas y a las 15.30 la habitación aun no estaba lista (el check in es a las 15.00 que ya me parece un poco tarde). Hemos estado muy agusto en la habitación y en la piscina y el desayuno también está genial!

Es lamentable que un lugar tan bonito Tenga poca falta de servicio y que el Staff tenga tan poco sentido común . Estuve 3 dias imposible que te vendieran un agua después de la media noche lo tenían prohibido . Pedir que te atiendan da una reacción al personal entre pánico y molestia . Te cobran cosas que no son tuyas y que no tienen facturas . En 3 días que pedí jabón al cuarto nunca pusieron . La falta de tacto y educación aparece en. Cada persona solo Jose el del parking se salva ya que es el mejor que tienen . No crean en los horarios de la comida ellos hacen al final el horario que quieran y bueno me queda pequeño todo lo que quiero expresa

Retro and thematically inspired. All in our party loved the concept and abbundance of details. The hotel just opened two weeks earlier, therefore the few small hickups seemed understandable. After Mongibello, I will look for theme hotel like this for next vacations.

Vi sjekket inn på hotellet dagen etter at de åpnet dørene, og det var dessverre veldig mye som ikke var på plass. Hotellet ser flott ut og har bra beliggenhet, men de har mye å jobbe med for at opplevelsen skal matche utseendet. Bassengområdet og nærheten til havet var fantastisk, men dette var også det eneste som gjorde hotellet verdt et besøk per nå. Vi booket en sea view suite, men fikk en suite med utsikt til en parkeringsplass og en skog, hvor man kunne skimte havet gjennom trærne. Air condition på rommet fungerte ikke tilstrekkelig, så det ble veldig varmt om natten. De ansatte på hotellet var hyggelige og gjorde sitt beste, men det virket som det var totalt mangel på opplæring og systemer som førte til at alt fra innsjekk til servering, taxibestilling, room service, renhold tok ekstremt lang tid. Maten på hotellet var kanskje det mest skuffende, så denne ville jeg styrt langt unna inntil de endrer konsept/meny.

Top class hotel
Lovely hotel with nice location on the edge of the main town. Large pool and sun terrace with fantastic views across the bay. Staff and facilities were excellent abd food was very good too.

Wie waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Hotel! Tolle Anlage, sehr schöne Umgebung und zentrale Lage. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Vom Reinigungspersonal bis hin zur Rezeption! Das Personal war sehr bemüht uns zu unterstützen (z. B. Autovermietung oder Informationen zur Fähre nach Formentera) Es gab ebenso mehrere deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter, die uns die Kommunikation ein wenig erleichtert haben. Definitiv empfehlenswert! Toller Aufenthalt!!

Like that it was quiet. But the room were horrible door handle fell off. Light keep cutting off. and the rooms were small as hell.

Awful
Staff were rude and overworked. The place stank of some sickly air freshener which made you gag on arrival then just give you a headache. Food was poor and waiting staff just shouted at you. Bed / bedding / room standard was poor. Building falling apart. Possibly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Would not go again
Chek-in took so long to be available. We arrived at the hotel at 1:20pm, check-in was available at 2pm according to hotel rules but we didn't get in until after 3:20. Location is not so good.

Heaven! Best holiday all summer!
Finding this place last minute was the highlight of my year!! From the moment you walk in the staff make it clear they are there to make sure you have an amazing time. They are all so nice. We didn’t know it was two days until it closed for the winter so thought they’d be packing up around us but nope, they kept professional and wonderful right up until the last guest leaves. Food was brilliant, higher end and just perfect. We liked going in the sea and swimming with the hundreds of tiny sardines! Room lovely, just loved it all. Will try to come back next year if a good price. Only downer was if you wanted to go out partying this is not the place, there’s not much in the area but that’s what I liked.

Fabulous! Would definitely return!
Fabulous hotel, great service and really modern interior. Food was lovely and drinks were brilliant. Quality spirits in the all inclusive too! The entertainment was fab too, even though the hotel was due to close this weekend they still really looked after the guests.

Beachfront location great, proximity and ease of access to locality excellent. Wonderful staff in every dept. Some areas of the property a bit "tired”, eg tiling around showers and floors in rooms. That's a minor criticism but it would be in keeping with the excellence of service of the hotel.

Il Palladium Don Carlos è una struttura molto bella in un'ottima posizione a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal centro di sant'Eulalia. Dispone di una bellissima piscina con anche 6 lettini immersi per l idromassaggio. Dalla piscina tramite una discesa s arriva a una spiaggia piccola ma incantevole con il mare cristallino e anche lettini e chiringuito per bere qualcosa. Il cibo è delizioso e vario e il personale di sala sempre gentile e sorridente. L'all inclusive è straordiario e davvero s trova di tutto sia da bere che da mangiare. Insomma una vacanza veramente piacevole che consiglio a tutti...non abbiamo trovato nessun lato negativo ma solo eccellenza in ogni ambito.
