Really good for value, it was super clean and staff were really friendly. They changed the towels for us every single day and took out the trash which was super nice and unexpected. If you arrive earlier than check in , you can leave your bags at reception until your room is ready. After check out it is the same. Pool is clean and the sun bed area is good size too.

Air Conditioning Awful - Probably OK in winter

Location was good, staff were all pleasant. But they have the air conditioning system for each room located in the hallway doing absolutely nothing, so if your in the living area, bedroom, kitchen or toilet, you're not staying cool. Unbearable to sleep in when the weathers warm.

Unable to use the pool due to the time we came. I was disappointed by no parking at property only around property. No dish soap available or dish sponge. The place was outdated. Elevator is old but gets you to your room.

IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND PARKING ON IBIZA. DO NOT RENT A CAR IF YOU DON'T LIKE DRIVING AROUND FOR WAY TOO LONG TO FIND PARKING. PARTIERS WERE NOISY AND IT WAS EARLY MAY.

ottima esperienza, molto consigliato per ragazzi. L’albergo ha una posizione veramente ottima, è vicino alle discoteche (hï,ushuaïa ecc.) e alla spiaggia, inoltre, a 2 min a piedi dalla struttura,ci sono supermercati con prezzi non troppo eccessivi (abbiamo fatto la spesa per 8 giorni per due persone e abbiamo speso sui 50€). L’albergo possiede una piscina e un bar con un personale veramente dolce e simpatico (soprattutto le signore che venivano a fare le pulizie nella stanza, dolcissime!!). Consiglio vivamente!!!!!

Super séjour dans ce petit appartement très fonctionnel, propre et peu cher pour la localisation. Le personnel est serviable, et le ménage et fait tous les jours. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème concernant le bruit et les voisins, comme certains commentaires ont souligné L'emplacement est géniale : 5 minutes de la plage, 15 minutes à pied du Hi Ibiza, et une station de taxi à seulement 3 minutes. Struttura adatta a gruppi di amici o coppie giovani che vogliono viversi la Ibiza notturna. Vicinissimo a piedi alle disco di Playa d'En Bossa (Ushuaia, Hi). Parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze (la sera nei periodi di alta stagione ovviamente pieni). Ottima pulizia, camere rifatte e asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno.

For the money we paid, hotel was clean and well located. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Quickly rescued my mates shirt that had blown off the balcony and landed on a low roof, booked us a taxi at two minutes notice. Beer was decent, can’t ask for much more. The only thing I can mark it down on were the beds. Not great at all but after a session I could sleep on my head. Didn’t realise when I booked that you were part of the same group at the jet apartments that we had full access to (which if you throws a daily pool party).

ca pourrait etre tellement mieux

Un appartement vieillot, a renover. Tout est daté, demodé. les appartements sont mal insonorisés et il ne faut surtout pas diffuser de musique le soir sinon le gardien vous somme d'arreter. L'immeuble est entouré d'immeuble. il n'y a aucune vue sauf sur les balcons voisins. On vous expulsera méchamment de l'appartement a 11 précise le matin du jour de votre départ. Il n'y a ni savon, ni éponge, ni liquide vaisselle dans l'appartement et si vous demandez,on vous enverra à la supérette du coin de la rue. Bon point pour les femmes de menage qui vous changeront les serviettes tous les jours et vous nettoyeront la salle de bain. Après une bonne rénovation, tous ces vilains défauts vous feront oublier le mauvais coté des choses.

Overall, OKAY

The crew at the place were really nice, however, much was missing or lacking; such as breakfast, being able to hear music and working house-appliances. The receptionist spoke great English and could help in all sorts of ways. We only had air-con in the entre of our apartment which made sleeping rather uncomfortabel to say the least!!!

Excellent location! Would recommend!

A group of 9 of us stayed at hotel Arlanza for 8 nights. It is in a great location, has lots of bars and places to eat nearby. Ushuaia and Jets is about a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are quite large and the pool is great!
