Excellent location! Quick access to the beach, water taxi to Ibiza port/Dalt Vila, and tour boats to Formentera. Walkable to shops and restaurants along the coast. Beautiful rooftop pool and restaurant with the best views. Super friendly and attentive staff. Our suite was spacious with decent amenities, but it felt somewhat dated and lived-in. Hopefully, it's remodeled before our next stay.

We liked this hotel - clean, nice & good location in front of the beach. Staff was friendly and concierge was great and late breakfast and noon checkout was appreciated. No complimentary water in the room was disappointing. Also not a big fan of open concept bathroom with only a glass door to the toilet but this is currently very popular in hotels right now.

This was very fantastic experience for us staying at Ibiza One Suites - we were pampered by stuff like we were staying at Four Seasons! They strived to all our needs and went above and beyond - we defintely recommend it, very clean, modern, right next to down town, has ferry boat right next to it, and roof top pool/bar/ kitchen is definitely something to experience during your visit!

One Ibiza Suites takes customer service to a new level! Everything from check in, to asking for them to call a taxi, and any other interaction they exceeded my expectations. The location is central and close to everything, and the beach just outside the hotel is so beautiful!

Spectacular beach front hotel

Wonderful, clean, large suite with an o San view was our home for a few days. Spectacular!! From check in to a surprise welcome drink. Lunch on the roof, the pool, the beach. Everything was perfect!!!

This was a wonderful getaway for our family (with our adult son). Superb presentation and service. Impeccable cleanliness. Beautiful location. Wish we had booked soon enough to get the view of the sea from our room. We came only for one night but had a late flight the second day and the staff gave us full use of the resort after we had checked out, well into the night. A very memorable stay.

Fab hotel! Breakfast was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful, beds were super comfy. Loved the rooftop pool. If I'm being picky the furniture in the rooms is naff and should be better....faux leather cushions are a definite no! That aside I would definitely stay again.

Great location, buffet has many options including cook to order eggs benedict. Some issues included our balcony lock did not work. Also it took multiple requests as well as a 10min conversation for them to honor the my gold status in order to provide the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine.
