"Great place with clean rooms, close to lot's of restaurants and bus routes. Close to the West Edmonton Mall. Had a pool and hot tub and water slide which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, and our room was kept clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the added sense of security provided by the key card access required to reach the guest room floors. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was a comfortable size. The pub on the main floor had a great atmosphere, with stylish décor, a welcoming ambiance, and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of food and was enjoyable overall. However, during busy periods, the staff were a little slow to replenish the food trays, which resulted in guests having to wait for certain items. The only suggestion I would make to improve the overall guest experience would be to update the carpeting in the hallways. The carpets were wavy and uneven in places and appeared somewhat dated. Refreshing them would enhance the overall appearance and quality of the hotel. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again."
