"Room was good and clean. I booked the Disney views room. Everything was good, no issues. The staff were friendly and nice. Thank you everyone for making it a pleasant experience. Shuttle to the Disney train station was convenient too."

Lovely, proper centrally located… Easy to get to the port for our cruise."

"Overall, a great decision to stay here. Cheap, but rooms are an excellent quality. Obviously convenient for an early morning check-in, but the quality of the rooms combined with price and proximity to train station made us think 2 nights would've also worked. Check-in staff for the day we stayed was terrible. Very rude, impatient, and had no interest in helping people to check-in. But didn't detract from quality of the room."

"It is a great hotel. In the main, well managed and well run. However, the automated check in is still very difficult to navigate. The check in procedure asks for your name and either a reservation number or a telephone number. Booking agencies like Hotels.com do not supply a reservation number and the system will not accept a non-Japanese phone number. So having waited ten minutes in line to check in (it was a peak time : 3.30 pm) I then had to wait another ten minutes until one of the two staff assisting was able to use my name on his tablet to identify my reservation number. In all the procedure took nearly half an hour. The hotel needs to get booking agencies to supply a reservation number as well as an itinerary number."

"We rented two rooms with 3-single beds for our family of five. We were there for three nights. The room is a little tight based on American standards but it was cozy. Toilet is in a separate room from the washroom. Staff is friendly but there’s limited resource for bringing luggage to room and checkout. Breakfast has a good variety of food. Housekeeping is daily but linen/bedsheets are not daily due to eco friendly initiative. Surprisingly, they provide clean PJ daily, which was a plus for us. Overall, a good hotel."

"3 night stay in an large executive ocean view room on the 11th (top) floor while visiting Tokyo Disney and DisneySea - great view. The room was spacious, modern and generally well appointed. Large, comfortable bed, good/accessible lighting controls, electrical outlets and USB charging ports. Nespresso coffee maker with regular AND decaff pods (important to us). Also hot water maker with tea/instant coffee. Bathroom was standard - a bit disappointing - after traveling through Japan with may hotels providing separate WC for toilet (always with bidet features in Japan) and a separate walk in shower/tub room. This room had spacious sink area and standard toilet, shower/tub all together. Good water pressure and clean. Executive lounge was well supplied but cocktail hours were a bit limited. Included breakfast buffet was abundant each morning, and open at 6:30am for those taking off early for the Disney parks. Ate dinner at restaurant one night, reasonable rates, good selection, excellent service. Didn't use pool or gym facilities. Lots of Kids and families - it's Disneyland. Hotel staff were fantastic, gracious and friendly at all times. A real pleasure. Excellent access to Disney monorail Bayside station (5 minute walk, or endless shuttle bus). From there, Disney monorail drops you right at Disney or DisneySea entrances. Finally, easy limo bus service direct from hotel to Narita airport. Reserve online, about 1 hr transit. Would certainly stay here again!"
