"Spacious room, comfortable room and available amenities. Breakfast had a wide variety of both western, Japanese and Beppu specific style food. All equally delicious. Conversation between staff is relatively easy, but sometimes a translating app was needed depending on the staff. Despite that, the staff were understanding, kind and able to help me with any issues that occured."

"Out of all 8 cities that we stayed this wa none of the nicest one, they even put my minis in our our rooms to use and TAHN pictures and even to go out, they had creams and body care products downstairs, for you to serve yourself, they had big bathtubs like sauna for women apart from men,delicious thermal waters clean yourself and our skin and hair yyvthey have a big arcade on thr while 4edeeex yum jjk j"

"This place offers 4 private onsens that may be reserved for family which is unique, though there is an onsen tax of about 1200 yen. The staff were friendly and accommodating. One of the bidets in our room were not working unfortunately, but I’m sure if staff is notified, it could’ve gotten troubleshooted. The kaiseki dinner was filling and the breakfast was Japanese styled as well, if that is your cup of tea. Overall delightful and wonderful. A caveat is that it is located on a hill away from Beppu, so if you’re wanting to go explore the city, it is preferable to have a car, and they offer free parking. It is also walkable if needed. The view was also very nice."
